I had a short that was setting off one of my circuit breakers after a heavy rain. I got two estimates, and theirs was lower, and they were able to work within the hour. They arrived Promptly kept in touch with text along the way. And resolve my problem by rewiring the fixture. And they also installed a new dimmer switch in my basement.
For a very small additional amount, I would definitely use them in the future

Initial Communication and Consultation:
- Quick to respond and provided informative answers to our questions.
- Arrived early for consultation appointment and provided several options and recommendations that fit our needs.
- Thee Electrician (Jeffery) did not try to push us to add on more services/upgrades that we weren't comfortable doing.

Day of Work:
- Thee Electrician was maybe four minutes late at most and apologized. (Other companies we worked with might've given us a 3-hour time frame, still be late and never apologize, so this is definitely appreciated.)
- During the repair Jeffery was informative on what he was doing each step of the way.

Overall / Other:
- Jeffery understood our house is old and worked within our needs.
- Great price for quality work. Quoted us one price and stuck to that amount, even when the job had an unexpected hiccup due to the old house.
- Would definitely go with Thee Electrician again in the future.

Jeffery (and his small team) completed a bunch of electrical work on our home (added new grounded circuits, updated several outlets to GFCI, installed recessed lighting in living room, updated light switches) in Sept 2023. Jeffery was prompt and communicative from the very first time I reached out to him. It's easy to tell how much he cares about the quality of his service and work. He's very knowledgeable, and I really appreciated his willingness to offer suggestions and explaining how the work should be done. I also appreciate how meticulous he is about cleaning/tidying up once the work is done. Finally, I believe Jeffery is incredibly fair (and transparent) with his pricing and feel his excellent work is well worth his cost. Jeffery is solid! I would not hesitate to work with him again. He is THEE electrician! Our neutral wire was frayed so we needed that replaced in kind. I reached out to several electricians who would not touch it and/or tried to upsell us to a new panel etc. When I reached out to Jeffery, he offered to come out immediately. Just amazing! We scheduled a time for him to take a look and he reassured us that we are okay but definitely should get it taken care of. He understood our financial situation/needs and respected our desire to get quotes from others. We wanted to go with him right away because he was upfront about his credential and expertise. After meeting other electricians, we still preferred him. On the day of service, he was punctual, professional and kept a good sense of humor when our old house gifted him with a few surprises. His prices are very fair! Not only is he an expert in his trade, he is genuine, knowledgeable and trustworthy! PGE came to do permanent reconnection no problem. Yay! When time comes to upgrade our panel, you know we will be calling Jeffery!
