Eric responded to my request within 20 minutes at 9pm. He was able to come by the next morning by 10. When I showed him the problem, he knew right away what the problem was. He had to get some parts and I was up and running the next afternoon. He explained exactly what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He kept me updated about his status and was prompt. Eric is an honest and genuine guy who really knows the electrical business. He put in a new main panel and sub panel for us as well as re wired a majority of our house. He did a ton of work and was very accommodating with our busy work schedules and even worked the weekends for us. He is such a trustworthy guy we would just give him the key to let himself in to work on the place while we were gone. I would never use any other electrician ever. He was also very reasonably priced!

Could not have had a better experience, called them up, and they squeezed me in same day, and had my house back up and running in less than an hour. I decided to have them upgrade my panel, which I was nervous since my friend had told me about his experience with another company that screwed everything up, but not this company. Smoooth as butter, new service, with plenty of room for our back yard update. They will be wiring my back yard when we break ground.
