I want to praise the service that Tom provides once you become a client.
We hired Tom to install an RV plug in our garage for the new Travel Trailer we planned to buy. We brought it home and noticed that the voltage we asked Tom to install was not the correct voltage for this particular trailer so we called him around 7pm last night to make an appointment. He had just arrived home from a busy day & came right over immediately to install the correct plug we needed. Who provides that level of service at no extra charge these days!. Not only did he take care of that issue, but also checked out the entire electrical system in our RV. We are customers for life and can't thank Tom enough for his work & excellent customer service. I highly recommend you give Tom - The Spark Shark a call for any electrical needs you have.

Our front porch light mysteriously stopped working last week and after replacing the lightbulb (no luck), and buying a brand new light fixture and trying to install it ourselves (still no success), we contacted Tom. He responded within about 30 minutes and was able to come by the next morning! Our front porch sconce looks great and is up and running again. Tom was super responsive, efficient, kind, helpful, and easy to work with.

No power on Christmas Eve meant a quick search through Yelp and I landed on Spark Shark's information. Gave Tom a call and he was able to turn up within the hour.

It's a shame I can't give 6 or 7 stars because he was super friendly, helpful and most of all, solved the problem very quickly and cheaply (being 6pm on Christmas Eve, we were expecting the worst but were pleasantly surprised).

What amazing service! The other five-star Yelp! reviews prompted me to reach out to The Spark Shark, and I'm so glad I did. Thomas called me nine minutes after I sent my Yelp request. He arrived within the hour, quickly diagnosed my problem, and fixed it with parts he had on his truck. In addition to the result, I really appreciated his pleasant demeanor and energetic professionalism.

Thomas did an excellent job replacing three bathroom exhaust fan cfl light units with LED compatible units. He was reliable and a hard worker, and he persisted when a particular fixture was not working properly, climbing into the attic to get to the source of the problem. He was very polite and respectful and he worked neatly and diligently. I will definitely be using him again in the future!

We just finished our extensive electrical project with Tom and all I can say is WOW what a great job he did and how responsive and professional he was to work with. Tom worked with us to get our new house ready for painting and was able to be flexible with our schedule in coordinating when we needed things done in advance of other trades. He removed lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, receptacles and replaced everything when needed. I would highly recommend Tom for any electrical projects!

Originally I gave the Spark Shark five stars because of good work done right the first time at a reasonable price. But Tom screwed up some wiring in my house, putting both the office and guest bedroom on the same switch (and also the bathroom) so that when I turn off the power in the office it also turns off the power in the guest bedroom and the bathroom. A couple of times, well several, I have called to get him to come back here and make it right. He never came through. Now he won't return my phone calls. Fine, but you do change my review of you by doing that. Tom is a nice guy, a competent electrician and so on, but he has blown me off. The name of the game is putting it all together.

Problems with outlet for garbage disposal. Contacted other electric companies but would have to wait 2 weeks for them to come out.
Spark Shark had other jobs going but came out the next day. Great response time and great work, fast and efficient. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Tom was great! I discuss my problem through the phone with him, and he was able to diagnose the problem and quote me on the spot. Not only that, but he was able to come the same day in the evening to fix my issue. Highly recommend using his services, and well worth the money!
