Tom was absolutely amazing. Our water pump power blew out and there was no water in house. I called multiple companies that claim that they're ""open 24/7"" but none of them answered the phone. Not only did Tom pick up the phone, but he was extremely fast getting here and getting the job done within an hour. He explained in great detail how the last person that did our electrical work put our family in extreme danger by the way that they were wiring the power box, which was honestly pretty scary to think about. Even better, he didn't try to act like anything beyond the issue was messed up and needed to be fixed. He fixed the only problem, without trying to upsell, told us about how some other electricians could try and fool us into thinking parts needed to be replaced, and actually saved me money. That's great character and that alone shows he is an honest hardworking man that will not take advantage of his customers. I definitely recommend him to anyone that is having issues. We need more guys like Tom in this world.

I needed a tube to get fiber optic cable from the garage to a room in the house. Tom responded on a weekend within minutes and got it installed within 3 days. He had some car and phone trouble, but still made it happen as expected. He initially felt he might have to put a hole in the drywall, but ended up not needing too, which was a pleasant surprise. Price was very reasonable. He wore a mask and besides the tube he placed, no one would know he had ever been here. Highly recommended.

I thought I had big problem with my panel box after part of my house lost power. Tom came by the same day I called him. Fixed the problem in 5 mins and then helped me figure out a few quirks of my home that I have been bothering me for over a year.

Tom was knowledgeable, professional, and on point.

I needed an outlet installed in the master bathroom for a bidet that we are putting in. I gave Tom a call, and he told me that not only could he do the job, he was available the same day! He was also willing to give me a quote over the phone after I provided a picture of where we wanted the outlet. The quote that he came back with was very reasonable.

So after we got that squared away, I asked Tom if he would be able to complete the job without anyone being there and he said yes! He worked fairly late into the night to get the outlet that we needed installed. Oh, and did I mention that I asked him to replace a couple outlets in the kitchen and of course he said yes.

Honestly, if you are looking for a friendly electrician, who is willing to do the job (maybe even the same day), and for a very reasonable price, give Tom a call. I can't wait to hire him again!
