Greedy , and self important . Wanted close to double what most of their competitors did. Basically charged us to provide an overpriced quote under the guise of a diagnosis when we already knew the problem was. Moreover , their receptionist was rather snarky and rude . In the end we got the job done with another company that was prompt and willing to work with us for far less and go with our schedule. Will mention they had the highest quote out of 5 separate companies , with no clear benefits . Apparently they'd need to be paid double for their time and labor compared to everyone else.

Travis Ward was amazing! We had issue with our oven not heating at all, after purchasing a brand new oven because the previous oven wasn't working. Our master bathroom lights stopped coming on, and our garbage disposal kept going out. He had everything working perfectly in an hour. Another electrician had come out to quote us for $1800 for just the oven. Travis charged me for and hour of work $127 and change to fix all 3! I cannot say enough at how awesome he was. I am so thankful for everything he did! HIRE THIS GUY! You will not regret it.
