Kelly Vaughn and a partner established ServiceFirst, and subsequently changed to TSC. They founded TSC with values of professionalism and service, slowly growing a dedicated client base in East Mississippi and West Alabama.

Christy, together with her husband Ronnie, is part of the following generation of Vaughns to manage TSC, and she continues her father's commitment and loyalty to his patrons.
