In 1982, Kelly Vaughn and a partner founded ServiceFirst, Inc., and subsequently changed to The Service Company. They built TSC on ideals of excellence and service, gradually developing a loyal client base across East Mississippi and West Alabama.

Christy and her husband Ronnie is part of the following generation of Vaughns to manage TSC, and she upholds her father's values and dedication to his clients.
