Kelly Vaughn and a partner established ServiceFirst, Inc., later rebranded as The Service Company, Inc. (TSC). They built TSC on ideals of professionalism and service, methodically developing a faithful client base throughout East Mississippi and West Alabama.

Christy and her husband Ronnie is part of the next generation of Vaughns to manage TSC, and she upholds her father's high standards and devotion to his clients.
