Kelly Vaughn, along with a partner created ServiceFirst, Inc., later rebranded as The Service Company, Inc. (TSC). They created TSC on ideals of high standards and service, methodically developing a loyal client base in East Mississippi and West Alabama.

Christy, along with her husband Ronnie, represents the second generation of Vaughns to run TSC, and she upholds her father's commitment and loyalty to his clients.
