Reel Electric was great. They were very patient with us while we were trying to figure out logistics and what we actually needed done in order to prep for a bathroom remodel. I was also looking at other companies that I found on Yelp/online and by far Reel Electric gave us the best deal/quote out there. One place was even trying to charge me to relocate an outlet what Reel charged including an additional add on.

When Reel came to my house for the job, they were on time and professional. I wasn't home but it was my wife and they made her feel comfortable and safe which is very important to me. We will be having more electrical work done in the near future and these guys will be the only place we call. Thank you!

I was looking for a licensed electrician to install a Tesla Wall Charger in my garage. I found The Reel Electric Company listed as an authorized Tesla equipment installer. I've also seen the company always being mentioned in my neighborhood community Facebook group.

Sent them a message via Yelp and told them what I needed done and that I needed a quote. Was messaged right back and told me how much it would be. Asked me to take a picture of my breaker box and scheduled me in for an appointment. All this was done via Yelp message, which was awesome! I messaged a couple of other companies and was hit with the ""We need to see it to provide a quote"" or ""Give us a call"" which really turned me off as a potential client since my job request was pretty straight forward.

Juan sent a text message when he was on the way. When he arrived, he gave me a rundown on what was going to be done and went straight to work.

He did an awesome job on the installation and left no mess. I will definitely be contacting him again to get some other electrical things I need done around the house.

This review is long overdue. My family and I, kept having an electrical issue at our house, to where the lights would keep going out. It became worse, to where during the summer, it would prevent the A/C unit from functioning properly. So hot!! My wife finally let me have it and gave me an ultimatum. I called a few companies that came by and provided us with an estimate, however my wife and I were not comfortable with how vague the description of their work was going to be and their pricing. The Reel Electric Company provided us with a detailed description of where exactly the issue was coming from, and gave us a few options as far as what was required, in order to properly resolve the issue. Their technician, Juan provided us with great customer service and knowledge. He was so detailed in regard to the work that he performed. Honestly, we were impressed. Solved the issue! No more worries!

Reel Electric is fantastic. Juan was extremely responsive and very kind and honest. He diagnosed and fixed some simple issues during his initial consultation, then we hired him to come back for some more extensive work, which he did on time and within the estimate he provided. He did very good work, I highly recommend Reel Electric. I am in the Gavilan Springs Ranch neighborhood near Lake Mathews, CA.

Wonderful customer service by Juan. My breaker died on on me at 7pm and wouldn't reset, I reached out and Juan responded to my crys for help within minutes. He chatted with me on the phonelistening to me describe in my ""I have no idea what this stuff is called"" way, going out of his way to put my worried mind at ease. He came out the next morning and my breaker was replaced and working before 10a. Super friendly, will definitely be using again!

Juan and Tom were awesome. Juan was able to come to my house within 2 days of my request for a quote. He could have come sooner if I had been ready. Not only did they take care of the three ceiling fans I needed installed, they replaced an outdoor light and wired smoke alarms that had been giving us issues. Without a doubt I will have them out again to do more work. If you need an electrician, these guys are the best!

I had a breaker blowing that controlled the power to half of my second floor. Juan came out the next day after I asked him for a quote and took the time to go through and find the issue via the process of elimination. He was very friendly and his pricing was very fair. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for an electrician.

Service was completed but technician left multiple holes in the wall that I was just not aware we're going to be made. He fixed the drywall for the 3 major once in the room he was working in but somehow also made a hole into the adjacent bathroom and just left that as it were.
