We had a new fan installed today and he did a great job of not only installing the Quiet Cool fan but he also explained its function and left the area clean. This fan will be a big improvement over the old noisy fan with louvers that banged in the wind.

Needed help with a damaged electrical switch to my QuietCool house fan - rather wanted more information about it. Just so you know, Gilmore Heating and Air wanted about $500 to order and replace the switch; Sierra Pacific Heating and Air wanted $471 ($98 diagnostic fee + $371 to replace)! Drew suggested I order the timer and do it myself, that it would be easy. He was right! He did sell me the switch for $45 shipped, which was maybe a few dollars more than I could have gotten from Home Depot, but this way there's no guessing involved and it came a couple of days later. He offered his help if I had any follow up questions. Too bad he doesn't service the Sacramento area. Great guy, great service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

The pleasant and knowledgeable team of Lyle and Tonatiuh arrived on time. They quickly confirmed our whole house fan had been improperly installed by others during renovations. They determined the wiring was also done incorrectly. Within about 45 minutes, they had properly repositioned and rewired the unit. They removed a kink in the ductwork for proper air flow. Lyle relocated the remote control from a closet to the logical and convenient location next to the air conditioner controls, explaining the air conditioner should be off while the whole house fan is operating. Tonatiuh patiently explained in detail the proper operation and uses (the concept was new to me) of the fan. Looking forward to saving air conditioning costs with our new whole house fan. I highly recommend The Quietcool Guys for installation of your new whole house fan!

I received a reasonable quote from Drew within 24 hours. Once we decided to go with QC Guys, we could get an installation date in less than 10 days. Cody and his assistant arrived as scheduled and explained how the installation would take place. They covered the area with plastic and went to work. It took less than two hours to complete the job. They even vacuumed the bathroom where they accessed the attic and removed all materials. They then showed us how the remote control worked and accepted cash - providing us with a $50.00 discount for doing so. We could be happier with the service QC Guys provided. Crew was fast, efficient and clean. And, the fan does exactly what I expected in that it is quiet and draws air in and then out with great gusto. I did feel that they missed on explaining the relationship of the of how much window/ door space is the minimum in relationship to the size of the
QC grill to prevent burning out the motor and also how to best adjust the windows in each room for equal air draw. The paperwork says that they were to sign and date it in order to document the warrantee coverage. I expect that will be resolved. That said, it was a very good experience. I can hardly wait for an excessively hot period to put it to the real test. First night, was fun freezing our selves into submission..
