Had a very positive experience with the Quiet Cool Guys. They arrived on time and the installation was incredibly quick. Put plastic down to protect the area and cleaned everything up before leaving. Extremely professional and very nice guys.

We used the fan for the first time last night to cool off the upstairs after a hot day. Opened a couple windows in the rooms where we were, turned the fan on, and could feel the difference immediately. Medium and low settings were enough and it was very quiet. We are very happy with this investment!

Just got a whole house fan installed by QC Guys (Quiet Cool Stealth Pro) and wish I had done it sooner! Instantly cools down the house once the outside is cooler than inside. They gave a competitive quote instantly, scheduled within a week and completed full install in under 90 minutes. Mike and Andrew were awesome! Highly recommend!

Wow, what just happened? This deal went down faster then ordering the lunch special at my favorite Chinese restaurant!

I asked for a quote online and within an hour the deal was done with a price quote significantly less then the competition and a date was set.

A text was received a few days later to move up the date and I took it.

The guys showed up on time, I blinked a few times and voila! The whole house attic fan was installed and working great. Cody and his bro did a stellar job.

Decided to finally get a whole house fan. Did some research and found QC Guys. Contacting them and scheduling a date was very straightforward and simple. Got multiple notifications throughout. They gave me a 3 hour window for day of install. They came within the first 30min of the hour which was really nice. Cody and his associate (forgot his name) were very polite and professional. Cody took a look at my attic to determine the correct placement. Placement was fast and they showed me how to use the system. I got the quietcool stealth pro x 7.0. It's amazing. Opened a small window and it just sucked up all that fresh air. I can't wait to start using the system during summer. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and everyone at QC Guys. I highly recommend them and the systems

I found them on Yelp and shortlisted them after reading all their 5-star reviews here. Drew was extremely responsive and offered winter savings. They were extremely flexible in scheduling too. Cody & Tonatiuh arrived on time. They were very friendly, installed the WHF perfectly, cleaned up everything, explained how it works, and gave us important tips to cool the home efficiently and effectively. Great service overall.

Drew provided a quote within minutes of requesting one through yelp. Responses were very prompt. There was a 2 week wait for the install but it's busy season and it's so worth the wait. Lyle and his team arrived as scheduled and finished in about 1 hour. A+ company to work with. No longer is AC needed at night as long as it's a little cool outside. I highly recommend working with QC guys.

Cody did the whole house fan install. Very professional. Patiently answered all our questions . Did the work in approximately 2 hours explained how to use the fan and cleaned up afterwards. Really happy how smooth this install appointment went.

This review isn't for work performed as we haven't decided if we are going with a whole house fan yet. But I do want to leave a review for their response time and service that I received today.

I reached out earlier this morning for more information. Within minutes..maybe even just seconds..Drew responded to my request. I wasn't expecting such a fast response and when I saw the little red dot on messages I my first thought was the app was glitching.

After answering all of Drew's question I began searching for some other companies so I can do my due diligence, I got another notification. Sure enough it was Drew again responding just as fast. Drew made it very easy to understand what was being done and gave me a clear understanding of what it would cost.

If you want to talk about first impressions..this is the kind that a company should strive to have. Drew is definitely an asset for this company.

I normally do not write reviews, good or bad. However after dealing with Drew, Mike A. and Andrew, I felt compelled to write this 5 star review regarding my recent experience with the QuietCool Guys.

Drew was extremely helpful and patient while answering all my pre-sales questions. After deciding to go with the QuietCool Guys, Drew scheduled my install date with his 1st available opening.

Mike A. and Andrew did an excellent job with the installation. They showed up as scheduled and were extremely polite and took extra care to cover my floors with plastic and vacuumed the entire area after completing the job.

Mike A. took time to explain how to optimally use my QuietCool- QC STL Pro-5.5X whole house fan. I would highly recommend the QuietCool Guys if you are considering buying a whole house fan. They are a ""class act"" group of people to work with. The job took a little over an hour to complete. I even received a follow-up phone call from Drew to insure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Great customer service!

This company was very responsive from the start (online interaction, I did not call), and they gave me options and descriptions of types of whole house fans. On install day Cody arrived masked up and was very professional. Before setting up his ladder to go into the attic he set up his plastic liner around the floor and furniture to contain any mess that was to come before opening the attic. Before installing he explained the best spot in our home for the fan, and explained the direction of ducting for the best efficiency. He was very quick with the install once he had everything unpackaged (45 mins). Total time was about an hour and a half with inspection, install, and explanation of use. He was very helpful and made sure we understood how to use the remote and how to use the fan efficiently. This employee deserves a raise for his professionalism and willingness to drive to different cities for installs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family, and I will continue to do so. The fan itself is the best investment we've made. We only had to utilize our ac one time for less than two hours on a 98 degree day; the fan kept the house cool prior and cooled it that night.
