This company was very responsive from the start (online interaction, I did not call), and they gave me options and descriptions of types of whole house fans. On install day Cody arrived masked up and was very professional. Before setting up his ladder to go into the attic he set up his plastic liner around the floor and furniture to contain any mess that was to come before opening the attic. Before installing he explained the best spot in our home for the fan, and explained the direction of ducting for the best efficiency. He was very quick with the install once he had everything unpackaged (45 mins). Total time was about an hour and a half with inspection, install, and explanation of use. He was very helpful and made sure we understood how to use the remote and how to use the fan efficiently. This employee deserves a raise for his professionalism and willingness to drive to different cities for installs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family, and I will continue to do so. The fan itself is the best investment we've made. We only had to utilize our ac one time for less than two hours on a 98 degree day; the fan kept the house cool prior and cooled it that night.

I was in need of replacing our 20+ year old whole house fan and came across Quiet Cool during my research. I called the office and they were able to give me a quote over the phone which was great! Making my appointment was easy and the communication up to their arrival was excellent. Everyone I came into contact with during the process were friendly and helpful and the installation went off without a hitch. Amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone.

They were super fast to respond to my email request and in less than 3 working days I had my wholehouse fan and 2 attic fans installed in about an hour.

The fans are great. I can't hear the attic fans when on low. The wholehouse fan does make some noise, but on medium it's actually quieter than the bathroom fan thats right next to it.

Cody did an amazing job preparing the area to keep things clean and walk through all the functionality.

Cody was scheduled to install our Quiet Cool Stealth Pro whole house fan from 9-11am. He arrived promptly at 9am, explained his process, evaluated our attic space limitations, and began the install. It is amazing to me how he was able to complete the install, clean up, explain how the fan works, and still finish by 11am. So happy with the QC Guys install, and the fan is awesome in performance. If my attic wasn't so difficult to access and move around, I would have tried installing this myself. QC Guys did the job at a great price and we got a great upgrade to our home.

Very responsive and no hassle quote and pricing. Able to provide quote based on square footage of home and review of google image for verification over the phone and followed up with email quote. Cody showed promptly on time for installation, completed in under 1.5 hours and took the time to explain best practices of how to use the whole house fan for maximum impact on warm days. Had several HVAC and electricians and handymen quote a whole house fan, some came in less expensive but QC Guys were by far most knowledgeable as this is their main product. Highly recommend

These guys were great. Took the time to explain how everything worked with the house fan. They also pointed out a couple of electrical issues in the attic that was of safety concern. The job may have taken a couple of hours. Great team. Highly recommend.

I wanted to wait to write this review AFTER having my fan overnight. My whole house fan was installed yesterday. They arrived right on time and it took about 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. Cody walked me through everything and answered all my questions! So, I couldn't open my window until about 10 pm because it was still to warm outside. Once I turned on the fan and opened my window it felt like I had my AC on full blast. My room, which is upstairs, cooled down immediately . Seriously, this is the best. I wasn't even sure what a whole house fan did, but I was desperate to cool down my house. No more sleeping in a hot bedroom.
BTW, I had another company come out and they took one look at the opening to my attic and said they couldn't make it work. Cody never batted an eye and made it work with no issues.

We are very happy with the whole house fan installed by QuietCool Guys a few days ago, just in time for some hot weather! It made a huge difference with the nighttime temperatures in the house.

The installation process was fine, with a very experienced and nice installer (Cody) who was good at explaining what was to happen and why before he started. He also demonstrated the fan after install and gave tips on the best way to use it.

We are the third house on my street to have QuietCool Guys install a whole house fan; I highly recommend them.
