Contacted Original Electrician to get an estimate to wire our new electric fireplace. Andrew and John arrived right on time, gave us a professional estimate and we decided to hire them. They went right to work installing a dedicated circuit and they worked very well to accomplish the job. We love our new fireplace and so pleased with Andrew and John. My husband is retired electrician and really approved of how the job was performed. Before dinner our beautiful new fireplace was working. Thank you Yelpers for coming through for me again!
I made 5 contacts for finding an Electrician. This was the first one to respond on a Friday. We were able to schedule an appointment for Monday. By Monday all the other electricians were calling for an appointment or more information. I had to explain work was on our way.
The issues I had were resolved. The electrician's that showed were extremely professional and thorough.
They have set pricing, so I was able to easily determine what I could afford at this time, and what could wait.
The extra time it took to troubleshoot a ceiling fan that started flashing, led them to a loose connection in the outlet. They take their time to do the job correctly.
We will be calling them again next month.

I had a home inspection, but they did not tell me any of the items this company found. I'm very lucky that no one was hurt, including myself.
If I ever buy a home again- I will gladly pay for an electric inspection from this company instead of trusting a home inspector.

I am quite stingy with 4 and 5 star reviews. The Original Electrician easily earned their 5 stars. After contacting them through Yelp, I got a reply within ten minutes with basic information about preliminary cost for troubleshooting and availability. We set up an appointment for a few days later. Andrew was prompt, correctly diagnosed our electrical problem and showed us how his fee was structured with a graphics presentation. I found his fee to be fair and reasonable.

I usually use my home warranty company who typically assigns a local contractor. In this instance they could not assign a c9ontractor and told me to find my own. End r4esult was that the home warranty company immediately reimbursed me the contractor's fee. This showed me that Andrew's services and fees were in line with their practices. I will certainly recommend The Original Electrician to my neighbors.

Andrew is a real standup guy. I called to have a generator hard wired to my home. He came out the next day to quote me and he described what he was going to do much better than anyone else. The day after he was here and completed the job on time, on budget and left the area he worked in spotless. I WILL be using this electrician again!!

If you need an electric work done, call The Original Electrician. Can't tell you how pleased We are to have worked with Andrew. He was pleasant, prompt, professional and he did a outstanding workmanship job on replacing our entrance lights. He tested out the system, verified that all worked properly and cleaned up after finishing the job. Should we need electric service work again, he would be the first one I would call.
