I started this venture when a general contractor offered me the chance to build my own enterprise, leading me to design and construct the Sunset Tanning Salons, along with KFC outlets and various local dining establishments across the valley, in Los Angeles, and throughout the San Gabriel Valley. With over two decades of expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.

As a single father of three boys, I founded my company to instill in my boys the significance of diligence and earning a living. Throughout this journey, I realized the value of integrity and that hard work pays off not only in financial gain but through customer loyalty that are the backbone of this business.
