I started this venture when a general contractor provided me the opportunity to create my own business, resulting in my designing and constructing various Sunset Tanning Salons, along with KFC outlets and numerous small eateries throughout the valley, Los Angeles, and San Gabriel Valley. With over two decades of expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.

Being a single dad to three sons, I started this business to instill in my boys the importance of hard work and the value of a dollar. During this process, I discovered the value of integrity and the benefits of dedication not only in financial gain but through customer loyalty that are the backbone of this business.
