I thought I would try this business because of the Yelp guarantee (although I did not understand the guarantee and called the company directly). Big mistake on my part. Called on a Monday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday between 3-5. No one ever showed up or bothered to call. When we tried calling the company (after 5) no one answered and the voicemail was full. Not a great way to run a business
