As the owner, I manage the daily functions of The Fulmin Group. My role includes managing marketing and branding while staying updated on the latest trends. Estimating and preconstruction planning for upcoming projects are also key parts of my responsibilities. I design and layout our projects as well. I find that supervising and directing installations is one of the most important parts of my role, ensuring they meet my expectations.
