The work was OK. Installed some lights and 220 appliance receptacles. Wrong receptacle installed for range (this did get corrected), dryer receptacle did not have correct voltage. This was due to a faulty breaker that did not get caught at original work as the attention to detail is lacking. Lights turned out OK with the exception of a failed new switch, unfortunately a used switch was installed and when I called the owner out on it he said we dont use old parts, but switch was dirty, he said it was probably in a drawer and you can just wipe it off. The owner is kinda arrogant and doesn't take care of the problem situations with the customer in mind. The wife is in town for the week and needed to use the dryer, charged emergency price to fix on the weekend even though his technician admitted he did not test properly at install. The business owner underestimated my electrical knowledge, my profession is maintenance manager in an industrial setting. So I write this review with confidence, and I certainly shouldn't have been charged a weekend rate to fix their error.

Called and they were able to come out that same week. Received an email and text to confirm appointment. Eric, the owner was so nice . He sent out Tyler who seemed very knowledgeable and completed my projects in a timely manner. Tyler was such a pleasant and helpful young man.
Glad to know they're in the area and I'll definitely call them when I have electrical needs.

Never filed for the permits he was required to pull for electrical job. Refuses to provide us with receipts. Discourteous banter after the fact whilst attempting to obtain said receipts and get him to finish the job he was paid for.

We hired Flash Electric to repair a lot of electrical items on our home inspection list (Install GFCI's, Install fan and lights, alarm system keypads, etc.) Eric was extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and his pricing was fair. Eric Carnes came to our house on a Sunday and installed a GFI outlet on the outside of our home for our pool. He also installed two hanging lights for us...one in the foyer, another in the dining room. He was awesome. Very affordable and a great guy. We highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Eric and Flash Electric! He's extremely responsive, returns calls or texts almost immediately. When I first called to get him to tie my new shed into my house's power, he was out there two days later checking things out and getting me an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised to see how reasonable the quote was (esp because we just had some AC work done by another company recently and am pretty sure we got seriously gouged). We set a work date and he showed up when he said he would, got the entire project finished in a few hours. Will be using him for all my electrician needs in the coming years. Great guy, quality work, cleans up after himself, and shoots straight with you on price/timing of work/etc. Thanks Eric!

Eric was not only super friendly, but he came out and installed on a weekend and did a fantastic job. He worked with me to create solutions and ultimately installed an electric outlet underneath our sink so that we could install a garbage disposal. I couldn't have asked for more! I just purchased a farm in Athens that has an older barn with 50 year old wiring. My electrical panel was buzzing. Eric came out quickly, identified the problem and provided immediate relief along with a reasonable proposal to upgrade. He was thorough, cost sensitive, and quick to respond. He completed the work on Saturday. It looks amazing! He replaced, rewired, installed switches so we wouldn't have to use the breaker box and got it done and cleaned up quickly. I have other work I'm asking for proposals for. Highly recommend!!!!
