Our urgent need for an electrician to check on one of our smoke detectors that set off blaring alarm sound like a loud siren a few times in the early morning, followed by chirping sounds every 45 seconds, and acting up again with its blasting sound in the p.m. was the most stressful & scary thing since we didn't have any clue why it's doing it and how to stop it. 

One phone call to Faith Electric and Walter was able to schedule us right away to swing by after his last appointment for the night.  He diagnosed the problematic smoke detector by counting the time interval of each chirping and examined the smoke device.  He came prepared with a new unit replacement, installed, and checked it one more time, plus activated it, if at all the other 6 smoke detectors are relating together. 

Walter is amazing at what he does, answering all my questions in-depth and remaining calmly without being annoyed.  I have faith in Faith Electric Group and will highly recommend them to friends and family.  Thank you so much for all your help, Walter !

My air conditioning and power went out during recent severe heat wave. At home recovering from surgery and also suffering from asthma exacerbated by the heat and wildfires.

Called late afternoon/early evening and spoke with Julie and then Walter.

Walter came out first thing next morning despite other emergencies and busy schedule. He discovered that my electrical panel was actually burning.

Julie and Walter arranged next day emergency repair due to the fire hazard and my health problem. This included summoning Edison on emergency basis.

The team arrived at 7 AM and worked through the day to solve my problem.

The entire team, Julie, Walter, Eddie and George were kind thorough caring experts.

Have never had better service or a better experience.

Faith Group's estimate was the most reasonable out the 4 estimates I received. I mostly dealt with Walter who was super professional but the entire crew was outstanding. The company is excellent at communicating with the customer about the job and when they would arrive. I used Faith for a multi day job which included trenching, running conduit, and a panel upgrade. The crew showed up on time every day and always let me know when they would be there. The work was completed on time and the final product was high quality. Additionally, their billing process is an online application which was really easy to use. I'll use Faith for whatever electrical work I need.

I called several electricians and no one called me back. Tried one more time and spoke with a live person who put me through to Walter. He said I can be at your house between 5 and 6 today. Him and 2 other associates were here at 4:30 and had my issue fixed in 30 minutes. Walter was very personable and explained what he was doing and advised me on other issues as well. I would recommend Faith Electric to anyone needing quality electrical work.

Received a quote for installing a Tesla wall charger in my garage. I saw estimates for the job online typically going for $400-700 online and figured I'd be somewhere along those lines. These guys said their standard charge is $1200 and could be more depending on the job. I reluctantly asked for a quote after sending him pics of the electric panel. To my utter shock and dismay, they came back with a quote of $4500 for the job! They explained that my job was more difficult because of blah blah blah. I knew this was BS and decided to get another quote. RB Electric is local and quoted me $375. Fully licensed and they did all the same work but were honest and didn't price gauge me. THE NO FAITH ELECTRIC GROUP wanted me to pay for lobster dinners for their entire crew for the next two months. Think about it for a second. They wanted to charge me $4200 more than RB Electric! Crazy! Do yourself a favor and if the NO FAITH ELECTRIC GROUP tries to quote you an outlandish number, go get another quote or two. And if they do the same thing to you, let them know that you know what they were trying to do. They might do good work, but I'm sure it's not justified when you are paying 12-14x the competition. Absurd. Stay away.

I called them on a Saturday morning and they had an experienced technician at our home to assess the problem and get our power restored in the kitchen by late afternoon the same day. Eddie Herrera was thorough and professional. Their office provided a written report of what Mr. Herrera found to be the problem and what it took to repair it. He said it was shoddy wiring by the builder. I will definitely be calling Faith Electric if I need help with an electrical problem in the future.
