Made an appointment for an estimate 5 days prior. They gave me an 9:00 am - 11:00 am appointment window and was told they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival so at 10:30 I still hasn't heard from them so I decided to call to confirm. To make a long story short after going back and forth on the phone got someone out around 12:45 pm. They gave me an estimate double to my previous estimate from a prior company and that was including the discount they had promised because of the mishap! Never again...

Wow, these electricians are awesome! We had a really difficult light location in our office. The bulbs needed to be replaced but because of the high ceiling above our staircase, it was complicated. We even had a couple other electricians previously come to take a look at it and they both said that it's not going to work. But they didn't even try to get up there to see if it was possible. So I looked up other local electricians and found The Electrical Pros. And I'm so glad I did!

I called the evening before and asked if they can send someone out as soon as possible, so they were able to schedule me in for the next morning. I was happy about that since this one light has been out for almost a month now. Kaz was great, he said the light was going to be tricky to get up there with the ladder, which I knew it would be, but he said he would still try. So Kaz and another one of his electricians worked together to get up there and they were able to replace the bulbs. So we finally have light again in the stairway!

Thanks so much! These guys definitely live up to their name.. Electrical PROS for sure!

Kaz from Electrical Pros was awesome. We had issues with our kitchen outlets and he came in and diagnosed the problem immediately and within no time he fixed it. The best thing was he did not charge for this as it was a very simple fix. If it was anyone else I am sure i would end up spending atleast hundred bucks...Awesome Kaz, you are great!!

In an attempt to replace the dimmable light switch in my kid's room, smoke and sparks ensued. I called these guys and Kaz came to save the day! Kaz does it again! This is the ONLY electrical company to use. Look no further. It's not just about their quality of work but also the service behind their work. It's hard enough to find a company that does good work, yet alone provide exceptional service. Kaz and crew have figured it out! I had an issue with some lights, called Kaz, he came out (on time) to the appointment uncovered the issue and fixed it. You can't beat the experience Kaz and crew bring to this field. Thank you Kaz!

You want customer service, you have an emergency, don't look anywhere else. Extremely helpful very professional came out right away. I had no electricity. Very reliable don't even look anywhere else.
