Kaz came out a couple of minutes before our scheduled appointment time with a helper to give us an estimate on a small job.

He advised me that I did need to have a GFCI installed and offered to do it immediately but I didn't have one and I didn't have access to a vehicle so I asked him to leave a written estimate and that I would call ASAP once I obtained one.

I obtained the device and called him back about 3 hours later and to my amazement he said he could make it back today.

It was approximately 2 hours later that Kaz left after having completed the job!

My experience with Kaz was amazing in that he was able to complete the job later on the same day!!!

I would say that he was honest, helpful, dependable and prompt!!!

This Yelp review is a few months overdue. I needed a sub-panel upgraded so I sent The Electrical Pros a Yelp message asking for a quote late in the evening. I was impressed by the quick reply and their ability to send someone out next day to provide a quote. John's estimate was fair, especially with the Yelp coupon they were running at the time. The Electrical Pros began the job next day. Very pleased with outcome. Recommended.

HONEST, ON TIME, KNOWLEDGEABLE, GREAT PRICE

When you get a window of time between 2pm and 4pm, and they show up right at 2pm. YES! Of course, I had left to get my daughter from school pickup. I left a note on the door to please wait, not really thinking they would be there at the beginning of the time frame, and HE WAITED!
My husband had spent the entire day prior, replacing plugs, outlets, breakers and could not figure out what was wrong. I explained everything to Kaz. He was super patient, and really listened to what I was saying. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it at a very reasonable price. The whole time, he thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He even FaceTimed with my husband at work, to explain and show him the problem. He obviously knows what he is doing. He was very thorough and checked every single plug with me before leaving to make sure I was happy and the job was completed to my satisfaction.
I will definitely call Kaz next time I need an electrician.

BEST EXPERIENCE thus far with any electrician or skilled/trade professional we have ever dealt with. Here are the highlights:

- We were called one day in advance to confirm our appointment.
- Kaz showed up promptly on the day of the appointment and was both courteous and professional throughout.
- No tricks. A free estimate meant a FREE ESTIMATE...no hidden service fees.
- Kaz was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and conducted extensive troubleshooting efforts all within the scope of the free estimate.
- Kaz explained what he was doing (or going to do) in reasonable detail to ensure we understood the scope of work. Again, no surprises. My wife was home alone during the visit and she never had reason to question Kaz's diagnosis of the problem or his business/professional integrity. That is HUGE because it seems that almost every trade/skill professional we have used in the SCV pulls up with the same objective: female alone, upscale neighborhood...BIG price tag plus bag of tricks.
- Kaz did not try to upsell his work and adhered to the problem at hand while demonstrating exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

In the end, this was a very positive experience and we HIGHLY recommend Electrical Pros with an emphasis on using Kaz. We will definitely use them in the future (several projects await) as professionalism, competence, and integrity are priceless, however, if you can't afford that, Electrical Pros will beat or match the next competitors price as well.

Customer service was AMAZING!!! Kaz is the man for the job. Very polite, very fast, and clean work. Kaz knows exactly what he is doing. Explained us the issues we were having and had it fixed in no time. Had amazing amount of knowledge of what he was doing. In all honesty, one of a life time experience. Prices are very affordable and reasonable. His experience was shown just by the way he was working. Very professional, reliable, and affordable! Go Kaz!!! Highly recommended:):)

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Kaz was the electrician that arrived promptly five minutes before my scheduled appointment. A good start. Then, began looking into my issue. Of course, I had already checked for the obvious when power stopped working in my garage, but just in case, Kaz checked all the basics too, and taught me some things about my place in the process. Now, here's what gets the 10 stars, when what I assumed was the problem was not the issue at all, my heart started to race. Uh-oh, bigger issue here. But, Kaz calmly educated me on the few possibilities that it could be, walked me through each step, educated me again, and then on his own said started to troubleshoot based on the questions he asked me. Then, hot dog, he quickly found the problem based on what I told him and HIS obviously outstanding years of experience. Then, he fixed the issue in no time, a burned out wire. And, educated me on the next steps needed to avoid the issue in the future, especially since I would be renting the place out soon. Look folks, customer service and exceptional experience like what I experienced from Kaz is far and few. Maybe I was excepting the worst as a home owner who has had my share of contractors try to rip me off. Not here, Kaz was honest, and did I say educated me on the issue so as a consumer I could make a well-informed decision. Then, took the time to help me understand every option I had. Thanks Yelpers, you helped me find a diamond in the rough, and I will always use Kaz and his company for all my electrical needs. Btw: the price was more than right, and the coupon helped a lot!

Their Yelp add say ""call for quote"" and their operator said that they don't do quotes over the phone. As I explained it was to replace and wall sconce with a new one. They can't give a quote for that...? Fine, they don't get my business!

Wow, what a pleasant experience. From the moment I called, Kaz showed up in about 30 minutes to quote the job and was even willing to start work the same day. Kaz spent about 15 minutes talking to me to ensure the work was going to be exactly what I requested. The price was fair and the Yelp deal made it that much better. The installation was clean and the area looked cleaner than when he started. Thanks Kaz.

Kaz is the greatest! He came out and knew exactly what the problem was...saved time and MONEY . I sent a request through Yelp , John the owner contacted me quickly and he was able to arrange an appointment same day and my problems have been solved . I will definitely use and refer them again!

I sent the job request to more than 10 guys through Yelp and John responded to my request quickly. I set up the appointment on Saturday. He called me right on time and asked where I lived since GPS couldn't find me with the address. My house is not on the map yet.
He fixed my ceiling fan and gave good advice for choosing good ceiling fan for future use.
He was exceptional electrician. I will be using him if I need.
