An electrician came to my home to perform a job he told me he could complete at a previously scheduled appointment. He ended up not being able to complete the job but had been up on a ladder to access the panel he needed to view. While on the ladder, he was able to view my neighbor's backyard and their outdoor TV and speakers. After going out to his truck to look for parts, he tried to get into my neighbor's back yard. I did not know this until my neighbors came over the next day and showed me the footage from their home cameras. He spent at least 20 seconds trying to manipulate their lock to gain entry. He had no justification for doing so.

I called the company and informed them of his actions and was told the manager would call me back. The manager did not call me back. They called my neighbors and said the electrician was confused as to which house he was working on. He has been to my home twice. He was not confused! They didn't ask to see the video and simply accepted his petty excuse as a valid reason. Bad business! You have lost a customer. If your worker's actions are questionable, you should at least look into the incident and follow up with customers as they were promised.

We had an outage with outlet and called Electrical Pros on Tuesday. Appointment was set for next day and they came on or before the appointment time. I was very happy with that and Miro just fixed the whole thing in half an hour. He was extremely professional and troubleshoot the issue very quickly and provided solution to the problem. We had old panels and it was potentially very dangerous and I am very satisfied that he thoroughly went through all the issues and provided solution to fix everything. I strongly recommend Electrical Pros and I must tell everyone not to take any chances with non-professionals before it turns into a very big and dangerous problem. Major kudos for The Electrical Pros.

If you consider customer service important, call another company. I called for a quote to run a new 220V line 33 feet. I explained the location is new and under construction, her response, ""That's okay, Thank you"" and hung up the phone.

I had an electrical issue with my backyard outlets at 4pm on Wednesday and called The Electrical Pros. They had someone at my house by 6pm. Not only was the technician very knowledgeable but he was extremely polite and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs

I had my chandelier replaced on a 20 feet ceiling and a ceiling fan installed in my living room. I decided to go with Electrical Pros because when Kaz came out to give me an estimate, he was the most informative, knowledgeable person who did not hesitate to actually open up electrical switches to see how things were actually wired inside, get down on his knees to find the wires hid under the dirt, etc,. I originally wanted to get few things done for landscaping as well but decided to wait until I can afford such a daunting task, not to mention expenses. Kaz and his assistant was at my house from 8:30 am to 9:30pm. He could of easily left after 8 hrs and finish up the next day but he went out of his ways to finish the job. He was very professional, responsible and friendly. After installing the new ceiling fan and balancing it, he even balanced my old ceiling fan even though he probably wanted to call it the day ASAP. I would highly recommend Kaz to anybody who is looking for a great electrician. Kaz is reliable and genuinely a really nice person who takes pride in his work and strives to keep his customers happy. He even came back the next day to fix the connections on my ceiling fans. His assistant was very respectful and friendly as well. I'll definitely use him from now on for all my electrical problems.

We had Miro install a particularly difficult ceiling fan installation and he was absolutely fantastic. We thought we would have to have the wiring installed on the surface of the wall and ceiling and he found a way to completely conceal the wiring and make it appear that our home was originally built with this ceiling fan in place. Outstanding work Miro!
