When you are investing in a Generac generator, you are spending a large chunk of money. For that reason alone, you want the very best, and that is what Arie and his team turned out to be--the very best! Arie is so friendly that we have become friends and his team of installers are polite, excellent, reliable, and highly competent. When you know at some point you are guaranteed to lose power for an extended period; there is nothing as reassuring as having your generator. Whenever my Generac comes on every other Thursday to show us, it's working, and I get a feeling of comfort knowing that my lights and air conditioning will remain on when Edison turns everyone else off. Arie came for a generac estimate he told me ""it has to be 5 foot from property line"" this is not true to califronia Laws it needs to be 5 foot from a door or opening, 18 inchs from home or wall. He miss led me and lied for reasons I don't know. He needs to study codes and Laws, it would be about 91/2 foot from door. This is bad business.
