The Electric Connection installed an electric vehicle charger in my driveway. Manny and his team were very competent and experienced, and very nice to work with.
They're very organized, punctual and neat workers, and they thoroughly cleaned up when finished.
They did a very good job.

I needed a Tesla EV charger installed in my attached garage and I am happy with the results and charge speed.

However, the production manager, is a little abrasive and dismissive. Even though he is knowledgeable, he isn't very personable. In the beginning to get the work, he is very detailed in his explanations and has an ""elevator speech"" about why customers should choose The Electric Connection.

Any follow-up questions or requests to explain things in more detail, he is in a hurry to get off the phone. . .I presume the reason is if it's not anything that results in more ""sales,"" he becomes disinterested.

Once the prep phase had moved into the ""ok, we're coming out to do the work"" the crew was polite and professional -- wore masks the entire time, double checked that I was happy with their plan, then got their job done in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves.

Seriously, these guys got it done on time at the quoted budget without any issues. Couldn't be happier.

Good experience overall. The job was completely quickly and the results are great. Manny clearly worked hard to finish the work in time for us to move in. Manny was clear about the work he would do and provided all the personalization needed we requested. Everyone at Electric Connection was pleasant and responsive throughout the process. My only recommendation as a buyer would be to discuss in advance everything that you will have to provide. We weren't clear on the expectations before the job began so we ended up making many trips to Home Depot and Lowe's.

The Electric Connection went above and beyond my expectations. I called them to check a non-working outdoor outlet and two men, Roger and Jesus, showed up. They were polite, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They fixed the issue quickly and explained the problem. Roger went the extra mile and checked all my other outdoor outlets and found another dead outlet (which I was unaware) and fixed that too, saving me money. Most companies would have just done the one job then left or used this as an excuse to charge double. Not this one. I can't recommend them highly enough.
