Electric Connection was the first company that Tesla recommended for a wall charger install. They live up to their 5 star rating. They were responsive, informative and managed to save us money too!The technicians showed up early and were absolute professionals. We will be using them for all of our electrical needs going forward.

I have used The Electric Connection twice in the last six months. One job was two install two new outlets in a bedroom and the other to replace under cabinet lighting. Both times, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The prices for both jobs were reasonable. I would highly recommend using them. As a matter of fact, I'll be having them quote another job now.

I've been using Electric Connection for years because they're reliable, courteous, and do high-quality work.

This year I used them on a remodeling project that involved the installation of multiple ceiling fans, replacing the fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen ceiling with LEDs, running a new power line to the room that will be my new office, installing a new dusk-to-dawn exterior light beside my garage door, and replacing the old-style toggle light switches with new-style Decora rocker switches throughout the house. They di a great job as always.

I also like their automated email & text message appointment notifications and electronic receipts for payment.

I'd rate them 6 stars if I could. They're that good.

These guys are THE BEST!!! I had an electrical issue with my HVAC system at my rental property, and was not able to get anyone from anywhere. I called electric connection and James sat on the phone with me for an hour and literally talked me through troubleshooting this with the HVAC tech. He didn't have to do this, he didn't know if he was going to yield any business or fruits from all his efforts. Seriously blown away!

Eventually, I needed actual work done on my own home and had them come install some can lights and ground some outlets. Man, a job I thought was going to be a total mess turned out to be such a clean and fast turn around. Their staff are so professional, courteous, and clean! We had a newborn so I was really worried about dust etc. which turned out to be completely unnecessary. Seriously the best! The follow-up afterwards to check on me is nuts too, they care so much that you are happy! 50 stars for these guys!

Our house was built in the mid 40s and had most of the original wiring, with a few non-professional tweaks made over the years and it was really showing its age. We had many unusable fixtures, sockets in weird locations, the panel outside was a nightmare, and recently we'd begun having frequent flickering and even a small spark/smoke incident with one outlet. We'd been wanting to get the wiring upgraded for a long time, just because the amount of electronics in a modern house are much more than the builders in the 40s could have imagined, and of course we couldn't run the microwave and toaster at the same time, that sort of inconvenience, but also more and more I felt it was becoming a safety issue as well.

We finally had some money to actually get the work done, so we decided to take the plunge. I was nervous because this was my first time having any large scale repairs done (or honestly even small scale), I didn't know what it would involve, and also we have five indoor only cats to consider. But it needed to be done.

I am so glad we went with the Electric Connection. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional and really put my mind at ease. The workers themselves, Luis and Jerry, were amazing and went above and beyond. They were great with the cats (four of whom just hid the whole time, but one wanted to watch) and very friendly.

This was a big job, including installing a new panel outside and new fixtures in every room, so they were here for a total of six days. It was stressful for us and the cats to have that much interruption in our daily lives but Luis and Jerry worked quickly yet professionally and did everything with as little disruption as possible. I would not hesitate to call these guys again for any future electrical upgrades we need (our garage, for one...).

Great customer service and backend team support from calling to make the appointment to receiving an emailed invoice after the job is complete. Electricians arrived within the appointment window and were able to quickly identify my doorbell problem and fix it. Photos of the job were sent to me as well.
