These guys are seriously the best. I called a lot of places, but when I called The Electric Connection the person I spoke with (Tony) was professional, answered my questions with clear languaging, and explained the process. They were so different from the other companies, and with one of the lowest prices, so I wasn't sure if they were for real. They said they could get the city permit for us, be at our home that Friday, and then help us set up and manage the city inspection afterward. No-one could confidently say they knew how to do all that. And, they showed up on time, were very courteous and professional, and then emailed me right after to set up the inspection for a few days later. I couldn't be more happy with their service.

Their technicians are arrived when expected, conducted their inspections, made their recommendations and completed the job professionally and promptly. We've had other electricians make appointments and simply not show up, or even call to reschedule. James was very helpful in helping us get our electrical repairs completed. I couldn't ask for a better experience - I contacted them online, described what I was looking to have done, and my availability - they asked a few additional questions and they sent a quote and fit into my availability - the 2 workers showed upon time, talked about the project, made a suggestion and completed the job professionally and to the quote. I've had other electricians make appointments and simply not show up, no call, no consideration for my time. I will keep The Electric Connection on speed dial!

I needed to exchange my previous EV charger (for a Chevy Volt) with a Tesla charger. I reached out to several companies but Electric Connection took the time to ask me questions and request pictures of the panel and the existing charger in order to give me an accurate price quote. They came the next day and replaced the charger quickly and charged me exactly what they had quoted. No upcharges or surprises. I will definitely reach out to them again for future electrician needs.

I found EC on Yelp to install my Wall Charger three years ago and they did a great job at a reasonable price. I've been having them come every yr for an annual maintenance check up. They're always really responsive and have a flexible schedule. They just came today for a check up and I added an additional service to replace my old motion lights to new ones since they're already out here. They did it quickly and guided me briefly on how to pair the app with the sensor. I trust them and will be calling them again.

Chris Lloyd from Electric Connection came twice to my house, once to repair an existing outdoor installation and once to install a motion sensor for back yard safety. He did an excellent job. The office sent me photos of the work and receipts for my payment. I will gladly phone Electric connection in the future when I need Electrical work in my house. Their price seemed high, but I didn't shop around. I am grateful that the work was done promptly and well.

They took time to look at my panel and make sure they could work with my existing panel with minimal changes. They took care of acquiring the LADWP permit and scheduling the inspection with LA Building and Safety. They kept in communication with us throughout the process and answered several questions we had along the way. They showed up on time and the work was handled very professionally.
