Mysterious things were happening in my walls. I called Electrical Connection and they showed up about 2 hours later with a 2 man team. Found an extremely dangerous hack left for us by the former owners and fixed it. Also, did a bunch of other bits and bobs. Very Reasonable. Very professional. I highly recommend. wIll use again.

1 year elective follow up EV charging plug and connection to panel set price. Great job with list of what they did after. I prefer safety rather than being cheap and risking things when I have 2 cars using it almost everyday or every other day. Things can happen with that much usage.

They came and installed my EV charger (Tesla Wall Connector). They walked me through the paperwork I had to submit to get the permit from the city, which helped saved me some money, but the city's response was much slower than I would have liked. Make sure you get your permit.m!

Fabio and Bob were my contacts via phone and email respectively. The technicians came to me and had uniforms that were clearly recognizable. Very respectful and even offered to look over a couple concerning outlets of mine within my home. I will definitely be asking them back for help with those. They also had to run out to get one part they needed since my breaker box required it. Appt wasn't more than an hour. I made sure I had the EV charger equipment beforehand for the installation.

Want to give compliments to the two young electricians who came by this morning to install/re-install a ceiling fan which finally was going kaput. They arrived at the beginning of the time window (was 10-12, they arrived at 10). Both were courteous, thoughtful of masking. The job took literally 15-20 minutes. Both worked well together, took care of business, left little mess and did a fantastic job. The new, updated fan is up and running - no worries.

I also want to compliment the dispatch who made the appointment and helped me find a time I needed (I was off work the day of the install, wanted to be in the house). Also very helpful, courteous, eager to help and get me what I needed. The price for the install was $185 - not sure if that is low or high? However, the excellent, efficient work was absolutely worth the price and I would hire The Electric Connection again without hesitation.
