I am not sure how good they are their work, but I called them to come to my business since an electric panel wasn't working. We asked about fees, and we were told the fees would depend on the job. The technician got here and did not tell my employee how much he was charging. He looked at things and flipped the electric circuit breaker switch in the back. He said everything was good and charged us $175. I was quite upset, as there was no discussion of a bill up front. He said that's just what they charge to even come out. I really wish they had told us up front because many other places were charging less. I complained and they gave me 10% off. I still don't think that's reasonable, but the bigger issue was the company not being transparent about fees.

We had The Electric Company install recessed lighting that required running wiring and replacing 4 existing hanging lights. They were reasonably priced and showed up when they said they would. They are licensed electricians and did quality work and we would not only recommend them to anyone but any electrical work we do in the future, this is who we will use.

These guys are the best. I had an indoor outlet issue and Rob did at great job, analyzing, explaining and fixing the issue. The service is top notch, very professional and friendly. Also, on time service. I would not think twice on calling them again, if another problem happens.

I stumbled across The Electric Company on Yelp. Reviews were solid so thought we would give them a call. So glad we did! They were super responsive, set up an initial consult appointment and arrived on schedule. We were having issues with a photocell sensor for our alley lights and a powered doorbell that never seem to have enough voltage to stay on. They replaced the photocell sensor twice (I had purchased both on Amazon but it turns out the first one was faulty) and voila, we had light. Which was super important because we have a very testy homeowners association who tend to send letters if they spot your lights out.

For the doorbell, they installed a new transformer that I picked up from Ring, removed the old crappy ADT video doorbell that never worked and installed the new Ring Video we had purchased. We set up the app and ran thru the setup together to ensure everything was working fine. Ring doorbells require at least 16v and happy to say everything is working out perfectly.

Bruce and his apprentice also installed two outlets in our upstairs water closets so we could install two bidets. They were able to punch thru the walls and install the outlet on the other side dropped down near the floor. They did the install super quick, and they look and work perfect.

Their rates were super awesome, and they communicated via text to confirm the appointments and send the final invoice/receipt.

I love companies that know what they are doing in today's market. These guys were responsive, tech savvy, friendly to talk to and do great work. We will definitely use them again for any electrical needs that come up. Super duper recommended.

What a fantastic electrical business!

Co-Owner Daric followed up right away, took an overview of our issue, answered all our questions and conveniently scheduled the next available appointment. He came to our home, reviewed the issue, asked us some questions and then shared information about his company. He then provided us with a quote later that same day. All at no charge.

We pursued two other Yelp referrals and neither provided anything close to the level of service, assessment and customer centric focus. The Electric Company also had the best, most fair quote.

We hired The Electric Company and couldn't be more thrilled with every aspect of their work. Isaac performed all the work on site in a very competent, experienced and high quality manner. We were VERY impressed with him. His precise process and work ethic evoked huge confidence that the job was well done. His clean up of the site was immaculate, even cleaning up old left over, non-working wiring from another project, not even related to this one.

Then, upon nearing completion, Rob, the second Co-Owner of the company, showed up to review Isaac's work with him, ask if we had any questions, and if we were satisfied with the job. Rob told us if there was anything else that came up regarding this job, to not hesitate to call him.

Wow. It is so refreshing and wonderful to know there are still high quality businesses, with high standards, with integrity and are priced very fairly.

And, it is SO GREAT to have a terrific, reliable electrician available for any future needs!

I had a doorbell install in an old home that ended up being a lot more time consuming and complicated than expected due to some poor handyman work done by a previous electrician (as well as narrow crawl space in the house). I am glad I am now made aware of some improper wiring issues that were missed on my home inspection and now I will be talking to my contractor about it so it can hopefully be addressed properly. My final costs were lower than some other quotes, even factoring in unforseen hiccups that led to more costs.
