They installed a very large chandelier which needed a connection brought in from the attic above. These people know their stuff. They are very thorough and professional and know what they are doing. They are honest, quote very very competitive prices, do their job well, and are awesome. If you need an electrician, these are the folks to go to.

I had some very tricky lighting projects I wanted completed, the quote was very fair and work done exceeded my expectations! Two fans mounted from an 18ft+ ceiling as well as removing an old box light fixture in the kitchen area and replacing it with several cam lights. Will be using them for all my electrical needs from here on out!

The ordeal with this electrical contractor started almost a year ago when i first bought my house. I am new to Tracy area and the google searches led to me them.

The first work i had them do was installed recessed lights (can/pot lights) in some rooms. When Derick the owner came by to give me an estimate, he went on for a few minutes how ""these other lights flicker"" and how his company uses Halo brand lights which are a little expensive but do not flicker. On the day of installation, he brought over a different brand of lights and said ""Halo lights flicker a lot"" and these are better. I did not think much of it. i should have.

The second task was installation of three pendants, two chandeliers and a fan. And boy oh boy , what an incompetent and outright dangerous crew they sent.
1. the crew installed the pendants at the wrong spot and the correction meant ugly holes (4 of them) in the ceiling.
2. the crew destroyed one of my smart switches which was not only out of their way, but also completely unrelated to the appliance they were working on. For an electrician i expected them to know how a three-way-switch works. I was wrong.
3. the ceiling fan they installed never worked. i contacted the place i bought it from, they sent me a new controller. I hired another electrician to get it installed for me (it is on a 16ft high ceiling). Turns out the fan and older controller were fine - The Electric company electricians did not connect wires correctly. Literally.
4. When the chandeliers were installed, i did not have the complete set of down-rods (due to pandemic shipment delays). While giving me the quote, Darick the owner mentioned whenever the new downrods arrive, he will be able to get them installed as part of the initial contract. I made a huge mistake of trusting him - he immediately turned on his words when i called him back after the down rods arrived.
5. The can lights they installed, well, you guessed it - flicker all the time.They tried to unsuccessfully blame every little thing through some weird theories. It was their wiring at the end of the day that was messed up.
6. They sent another crew to correct everything (which the obviously failed to do). The weirdest part was the second crew even literally while looking at the issues the previous crew had made, continued saying they don't see a mistake. This crew also switched out an outlet the previous crew had burnt without telling me. I noticed this and asked them about it only to get vague responses.

I had to pay another electrician (AC/DC Electric) to correct all their mistakes. Maybe my experience was exceptionally bad - but i would highly advice talking to other contractors if you want a better experience. The whole thing reminded me very much of a used-car salesman experience - you are always left feeling you are being cheated and 9/10 times, you are being cheated.

Exercise caution with this contractor.

Came out a few weeks ago to assess the situation. Said they would do some research and get back to me. Called them a week later and was told that they were still researching the problem. My advice to this company is: if you are in above your head, be forthright with your clients and admit it. Definitely would not recommend this company.

First time patron. I called and was scheduled for a quote the next day. They gave me options in purchasing light fixtures. I was given a choice in appointment dates and times. The technicians showed up as scheduled, on time, they were professional and Covid compliant. They went to work immediately. They explained what they would do and why. I had 2 light fixtures installed on a vaulted ceiling and in 2 other rooms. They were complete in a little over an hour, they vacuumed and wipes down appliances afterwards. I really enjoyed Ephraim and Bruce. They were friendly too. Yes, they do cost a little more, however when it comes to electrical work you do not want to skimp. They are worth it. Thanks guys, I will call again if needed. Oh and they are open 24/7.

These guys were great. We had Daric come and install Ceiling fans in two of our bedrooms that had no existing ceiling lights. He was on time, super professional and tidy. Work turned out amazing and had already talked to him about some other projects we want done around the house. Will be calling them for all my home electrical needs from now on!

We had our recessed lights installed for our kitchen, living room and dining room. We also had a ceiling fan installed. Daric came over promptly and gave us an estimation. We were happy with the cost and immediately he had his crew come in within 2 days to start working. They told us it would only take a day and sure enough they completed the job by 5pm and even cleaned up. They left with satisfied customers. I also love how detailed they were in explaining the process. I would definitely recommend Daric and his team. Great customer service too!

Swapping out vanity lights, replacing a fan, and even installing a tv mount. So far every job was done well, quickly, and with fantastic customer service! Pricing is incredibly reasonable and we will think of them first when we need electrical work done.
