We went with this company over better reviewed companies because the ""Doctor"" could come on the following day - fantastic. They told us that Woody would be here between 10 and 12, and so we anxiously awaited. We finally received a phone call from the company at 11:59 telling us that they were running behind, but said that he was in the zip code and would be there soon. He didn't arrive until just before 1, and when we asked him about a possible discount for having arrived an hour late he promptly turned around and left the house - never even making eye contact with us or the washing machine, and without an answer to our politely posited question. We were left literally with our mouths wide open, completely blindsided by the utter rudeness and disrespect we were shown by a stranger in our own home. Please, at all costs, do NOT call this company for help.
