Move Heavy Queen Bed to gain access to the beamed ceiling Remove existing light fixture and Installation of a New Smart Ceiling Fan. Change out dimmer switch and install a new on off toggle switch. Francisco was professional and kept in contact with me as install date and time was approaching. Left area clean and picked up after the installation was finished. He also gave me a quick lesson on the features of this smart fan.
Francisco price was reasonable for the work and time at my house. I highly recommend Francisco

He wanted $200 sent in advance over Zelle or Apple Pay. Never even met him and he wanted money wired. Called another local company, they came out and I paid when the job was finished.

Beware of scam!!! Initially, he agreed to charge $50 for inspection fee to determine the issue. Afterward, he wants to charge additional fees to do 2hrs of ""troubleshooting"". It costs ~$400 just to identify the issue!!! This is not including any repair cost.

Great work for an honest rate. Needed some string lights set up in my backyard and Francisco was the most responsive and transparent with his rates. Francisco came and installed the lights beautifully. He also fixed the outside electrical outlet, which was great. I will definitely be using TFG again in the near future.
