Kevin came in and did great quality work. He replaced a bathroom fan that required cutting a bigger hole in the ceiling. A new hole was cut and patched. He also hung Ring video monitors, adding a junction box where one was required by code. Kevin was very careful not to damage the house. He also took time to double-check that other connections were safe and up to code. You can trust Kevin not to take shortcuts with his work.

This is the 2nd time we have called Texas Star Services and we definitely recommend them. He has been super quick to reply both times we called and has shown up within a few hours each time! He fixed both issues quickly (one was an electrical issue in the main living area, the other was a faulty garage door), he explains what he did to fix the issues, and he is super friendly! Kevin, was informative, educational, seemed very knowledgeable. He solved the problem with my AC unit...it is working great again. He waited patiently while it defrosted, added freon and then made sure it was running well and cooling correctly before he left. He was never in a hurry, he had a great assistant, he explained what he was doing and why. I thought for the time spent and job done, he had a fair price. I will use Kevin again again and would feel comfortable recommending him.

Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Other AC techs told us we'd need a new unit, but Kevin said as long as we don't have to put coolant in it every few mo ths, we're good. He was on time and quick. We'll be using him going forward for our HVAC needs.

Called Kevin to see if he could help me fix my unit at home. Told him someone had checked it out but never returned and his only response was ""why can't he come back and fix it. Don't you got his number?"" Never heard of someone turning down business. What a shame!

Kevin from Texas Star Service filled both of our ac units with freon and took the time to explain all the details of the tune up and the amount of lbs of the R22 he added. I have dealt with shady techs before and my family will only trust Kevin to service our units, he's very honest and patient.

Did not check the cost of a general once a year check up. Kevin showed up and said $190.

Competition says it is only $80 to due general checks to see if all is operating well.
The unit was very clean and Kevin was done in 30 minutes.

If I had confirmed the cost before having Kevin at my front door we would not have had him come out.

The total price paid is the only reason for this lo rating.

Another call today from ""Anna at Texas Star Services"" and the number came in as being from Euless. I have never, and will never, use your company. Stop cold calling me.

Not only do you call me a liar in my previous review of your company but you also don't have the decency to just stop calling. It's beyond ridiculous and I'm surprised you have any customer base at all.
