I hired Texas Platinum to swap every light switch and electrical outlet in my home. It was a big, time consuming job. Rafael showed up with two other crew members to knock out this work in one day. The guys were very friendly and respectful. They wanted to ensure I was happy with the job. A couple of days later I noticed that one of the light switches was not working. I contacted Rafael and he sent his guys back right away and at no additional charge. I will definitely hire them again.

I changed out the smoke alarms in out home. I could not keep them from chirping. I left a message on their web site the next morning. Rafael responded promptly and said they could help with that today. Johnny came out that afternoon and took care of the chirping. Prompt and professional. Do not use this company!!! Beware! They made 8 large holes in our ceiling and did not tell us, and did not fix them! Hired them to install under cabinet lighting. Our back splash and drywall was removed and our attic is open access. Should have been a simple job. Ended up with holes in our ceiling AND cut up cabinets! Ultimately costing us thousands extra to fix the damage caused by Texas Platinum Electric!!

Great service right from the beginning. Had 3 ceiling fans installed, switch plates and an outside GFI. The installer was pleasant, on time, professional, used shoe covers and did an excellent job. Reasonable prices. We will definitely use them again.
