Mini T.About a month ago I tried to set an appointment for some electrical work on a house I was selling and the operator declined service because they didn't want to ""drive all the way out"" to me (it was on the west side and near a major highway). I mapped it and it was about a 15 mile drive. They shouldn't advertise Houston as their service area or clearly mark where they will go.
Jared W J.There are serious concerns with the quality level of this business. They are working on a remodel for me currently (unfortunately) and were retained by my general contractor. They have cut the lines (twice) to my HVAC unit, necessitating repairs to the wiring. They have damaged drywall, moulding and cabinetry woodwork when at my home. They also have failed to properly install new kitchen wiring, to date. Elizabeth is overwhelmed in the office and some of the workers on-site are surly, sloppy and dirty. Don't use them.
