I had a breaker that kept tripping, so I called Texas Electrical Connect, based on Yelp reviews, and I was not disappointed! I reached out on a Saturday morning and got a very quick text message response. The person who texted me back was helpful and responsive to my questions. They even texted me back on Sunday evening to give appointment times as early as possible for the coming week - ensuring that I could get taken care of early Monday. That is awesome in making sure that the customer is taken care of.

The technician that came by, Fernando, was great! He showed up on time the very next morning and was courteous and friendly the entire time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and then clearly explained the fix and how much it would cost (it wasn't cheap, but it was definitely fair, and I have no complaints). After confirming that I was okay with his recommendation, he replaced my breaker and then checked all outlets on that circuit to make sure there were no other underlying issues. He left everything clean as he found it and was very respectful of my home. I will definitely use this company again the next time I need electrical work!

Fernando was polite, thorough and communicative- He was clear about the steps he took, how he found the issue and what it would take to fix it. The total cost for the visit and the re-wire of a funky GFCI was less than what some other folks were asking just to come and assess. Some vendors were booking 10+ days out, but TEC was here and had fixed my issues in less than 24 hours. I'll absolutely be calling them again!
