Walter G.It was Friday morning and I found water coming up from the ground from my broken underground water line to my house. I closed the water shut off valve at the water meter, and I no longer had water at my home.
I called all the plumbers in the phone book and they all could not arrive to fix my broken pipe for another week. This company was very busy also, but they agreed to fix my pipe the same day.
The plumber arrived later that day and a qualified polite man fixed my pipe so I had my water back to my home. He only charged me for the one hour minimum fee, and the small amount for the parts. I was very happy to get my water back.
