Alex installed our electrical for our new spa and did a great job! JMC Electrical has been doing this installation for new hot tubs for many years now. The process is super stream lined and these guys really know what they are doing. Alex got the job done in no time and even filled our tub for us and tested it to be sure all was running smoothly. Very clean job and no hiccups. Electrical installation was done in the morning and we were able to use the hot tub that evening. On top of that, Jon (owner) was very proactive through the process from start to finish with estimate, scheduling and follow up. There was no ambiguity at all and that's so important since many times contractors are flaky and we all know how hard it is these days to find a reliable, professional team. I recommend this contractor highly. Keep up the good work JMC!

John came as a referral from Hot Springs Spa and I could not be any happier. They first gave me a great quote, and were very responsive. They were able to work with my calendar.

When the day came for install Jacob and John were both on site. Jacob kept me updated through out the process when I came out to check on things. He was very honest with me when he came in touch with issues with my breakers. He cared about what may happen, and gave me all the potential scenarios so i was well informed. John was amazing to work with. I will definately be using them for any other electrical issue, and will make sure to refer them to anyone.

Professional, on time, on budget, and courteous. Jacob came out and did a fantastic job putting in the sub-panel for our hot-tub. I very much appreciated the attention to detail. Unlike some of the other trades I have had in, the work looked very neat, and installed properly. Even stuccoed the gap between the house and the exterior line better than I would have expected. I was referred to JMC by Hotsprings Hot tubs and I couldn't be more pleased. The owner came over the next day after the initial call and shot be a bid right away and made me feel comfortable that they could fix the issue.

Jacob showed up on time and began walking me through everything about the electrical issues that could be causing the problem and promptly got to work troubleshooting the issues. He really knows what hes doing. I had another electrician come out and he was scratching his head. However, Jacob was able to pin pin point the issues immediately and also went above and beyond to get some replacement parts so I could have my hot tub running this weekend. I cant say thank you to Jacob enough for the great service and superior knowledge of the Hot tub products.

Referred by The Hot Tub Wherehouse, Jon responded quickly to our request for an estimate. Once we accepted the bid his workers Alex and Jacob covered the installation. Both Alex and Jacob were professional and considerate of being on our property. Jacob did the finishing work and made sure to explain everything to me and get my approval on the final steps.
