I was referred to them by Hot Springs of San Jose. Very responsive. Called on a Sunday and Jon the owner came out that day. Even though his schedule was full, he was able to get our hot tub hooked up on Wednesday when it was delivered! There was an issue with the breaker supplied by Hot Springs and Jon went to the store after hours and promptly came out and replaced it within hours. Great service! Great estimation, scheduling and invoicing system. Even allows you to view where the technician is when he is on the way!!

Jon came to give me an estimate on installing an electric car charger within hours of my call. He took a look at the set up of the electrical service in my home and recommended the best course of action to get the installation completed. We agreed that a replacement sub panel should be installed to expend breaker space. Alex arrived the next day with the materials to begin the installation. He completed the work quickly and professionally. He was very polite, took time to confirm the work and to make sure shutting the power off worked with my schedule. He left the space clean and tidy with no mess from the work needed to make space for the bigger panel. Power was back on before I knew it and the car charges 10X faster with the new charger. Excellent work, great experience. Highly recommend these guys.

FANTASTIC! We have done a lot of work on our home over the past 2 years which means we have also worked with many vendors and service providers and JMC Electric tops the list! Jon was referred to us to do the electrical work for the installation of a swimspa. I contacted Jon who immediately called me and was out the next day to survey and give us an estimate. Within a week our project was put on hold due to the recent SIP orders. I contacted Jon to quote me on a separate electrical project (relocate A/C condenser unit), he provided a quote quickly and was out to do the work as soon as I approved. He fit us into his schedule even though it was a last minute request, worked late, showed incredible professionalism and did an amazing job. He is now our go to electrician and when our swimspa project is back on the schedule Jon will be here to ""get us swimming"". Thank you, Jon!

BE ALERT: jmc is very expensive. You would do youself a big favor by going with someone else or at least shopping around to appreciate what I warned you here. On top of that, they demand invoice to be paid in advance BEFORE any work is done. If this doesn't make you think twice, then you deserve being gouged/played.

Jon from JMC Electrical was awesome. Jon and his team were organized and efficient. He was a pleasure to work with and a really nice guy as well. He explained the process of hooking up our hot tub in great detail, and made it so easy for us to understand. I really appreciate how well they communicate through text and email, and how professional of a job they do. I use them again for sure.

We needed to get the electrical set up for our new hot tub in the backyard. We had talked to a few potential companies, but when I friend shared JMC's info, and they came out, I was so impressed.

Jon showed up promptly, keeping me up to date on his timing, and knew exactly the best way to handle our situation. His bid was very detailed, in terms of time and equipment and was not the lowest, nor the highest but I knew immediately it was the right one.

He has been doing this for decades, and has trained his associate Jose very well. Jose did the work in the time allocated (in fact, even did it a day early to beat the rain coming on the originally scheduled day) and was so helpful in terms of helping me understand how to operate and care for our new family meeting spot!
