Tim from Templeton Electric came out today to look at a commercial lighting issue we were having. We'd had a couple of other ""electricians"" look at it previously that left us with little confidence. He evaluated the situation quickly, offered suggestions on the repair, and promised to send a bid by the end of the day. I was struck by his courtesy, professionalism, and the rarest quality in the trades these days...HONESTY.

I'm am so impressed with this company. There availability was just what I needed, very responsive, prompt, explained everything to me. They were upfront about the work and cost, no frills, which I super appreciate, as I didn't feel like they were trying to ""sell"" to me. I sought Templeton our after having a horrid experience with another company in the Temple area. They have since completed 2 jobs for me. I couldn't be happier. I would suggest them to anyone!

I had a very different, positive outcome than previous reviewer. They came out to my home, also American Home Shield call, after the first AHS provider refused to check any further than measuring voltage. When I described the problem, they basically diagnosed it over the phone, confirmed it when they arrived, and fixed it. Because American Home Shield puts certain 'restrictions' on what a provider can and can't do, it gets a sketchy. But Kevin at Templeton told me they are pushing back on AHS because they have a reputation to protect and customers to do right by. They did right by me.

Showed up to a call ordered by my home warranty company. I told dispatch he would need an extension ladder to reach the light. The guy arrived without the ladder. He did no work at all. He said the light wasn't covered because it's on the garage. I said, whatever I need it fixed. Let's get it done. He left saying they'd make another appointment for repair. They did not call me. I called them dnd left messages. They still did not return my call. They collected 75 dollars from AHS who took it from me. My light is still broken. Nobody has touched it.
