Very disappointed I chose Telford Reynolds Electric to install my Generac generator. They sent a representative to my home and we discussed our needs with her. She drew up the photos and listed all of the appliances, air conditioners, etc. that we said we wanted coverage for. She showed the total square footage of the home and carriage house. I accepted the proposed amount and put down a deposit. The installation went fine.
A few months later the power went out and the generator kicked on. The problem was that the power in the carriage house did not kick on. I contacted Telford and they sent someone out. He said they did not install the transfer switch for the carriage house. He called Telford and said someone would call me and that it was ""political"". I found that a bit odd but he had told me previously that the rep who came to my house didn't work out so well and was no longer there so I thought maybe it was related. I received an email that indicated Mr. Telford said that though the contract spelled out the space to be covered, they neglected to add a part to the parts list. He refused to make good on the contract and ""offered"" to complete the work for $1,700. I filed a complaint with the BBB and then the Attorney General for the State of Florida. The information is on file for anyone who would like to review. I'm consulting with an attorney on next steps.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Michael with no phone service and roads barely passable. I went to Teleford's office and found office staff waiting outside a demolished building ready to help their customers. All the supply houses weren't opened are gone, yet Teleford came through! William, the electrician, came and replaced an entire box and pole and searched and searched for all the parts to make it work. I'm a landlord with 6 houses total and William worked so hard to find all the parts to every houses power so when we got power back we were ready! I've never seen such dedication from Kayla and William!! Highly recommend.

What a pleasant experience. After many so called electricians came by to fix the complex wiring issue in my home with no avail, I contracted with Telford Reynold to fix the issue. Electricians James and Lee were dispatched to fix the problem. They have the patience of saint. Troubleshooting was done in an amazing way to sort out the problem and the problem was fixed. I could not be more satisfied with the work done. I am glad I called them. Thank you again a difficult job well done!

What a nightmare! First he walks off the job before completing the work. Then we learn he never pulled the required permit from Bay County. Now, we find electrical wiring in the elevator shaft...totally against code. RUN from this company.
