Amazing! Electrician Khalif showed up at our door 30 minutes after we called to request service. He promptly completed all troubleshooting, then ran off to the hardware store to buy any parts needed. He was back super fast, and finished the job(s) within about an hour. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Would hire again and/or recommend to anyone else! Thanks Khalif!

The person in the ""office"" was nice. They were prompt to respond to my yelp message. They were late on day they came out to give an estimate, like an hour late. They called at that time they wanted to come two hours beyond that time. Nice father and son who showed up. Seemed a bit disorganized when assessing the work and answering my questions. Said he'd have the estimate by the end of the week but asked me to text him the floor plans and square footage of my homes. Did that within the hour. A week later I got a text asking, ""who is this?"" Forget it! Not hiring them to rewire two of my homes. Maybe they'd be good at small jobs. They definitely seemed like they had the experience, skill and knowledge but were lacking in the business, customer relation sense. Not a good fit for me.

I put in a request through yelp on a Sunday morning, and they called me within 5 minutes! And they scheduled an appointment for the same day! I was very impressed with their fast, professional response.
I needed a few small repairs (replace a kitchen outlet and two light fixtures). Keith and his son came, and did all the work within 30 minutes. Throughout it all, Keith and his son were polite, professional, communicative, efficient, and helpful.
Overall TEK electrical is really great!

I blew a circuit breaker using a blow dryer late on a Sunday eve and had no power in my master bdrm and bath. It would have made Monday morning a nightmare! TEK was one of the few electricians open and willing to come out, and Keith arrived at my house early, within 45mins of my call and speaking to Tyra. He and his Assistant were professional, courteous, quick, and so gracious in educating me and my boyfriend on the cause and how to fix the issue if it happens again. They even went and bought the right part from Home Depot at no additional charge to me. I highly recommend TEK!

Had a broken breaker that cut the power out of my entire house, Keith really saved the day coming on a weekend to help out. Not only did he restore the power to our house but he recommended replacing our other breaker switches as he noticed they were beginning to wear down and cause similar troubles in the future. Very honest work and takes advantage of time to provide the best service. He also does a great job explaining what he is going to do, taking the time to make sure I understood why the issue happened. He even taught me how to use some of the tools to do basic troubleshooting of problems :) Tyra is also prompt at communication, I was never cut out of the loop when I had questions or follow up requests.
