I give Keith 5 stars because I was without power in a very cold, house on a Friday afternoon, bundled up in sweats and a hoodie, waiting for darkness to descend. I found TEK here on Yelp, he answered when I called and was at my house an hour later. Even better, he had the problem resolved within minutes.

My only gripe is his charge was quite steep BUT, on the other hand, it was an emergency call and he was super responsive at a time when other electricians weren't bothering to answer their phones.

His number is locked in my phone and he will be my first call if I have an electrical problem in the future.

My stock Nissan Leaf level 2 EV gun broke and I needed an electrician on a Sunday. Keith Wise was available to help me install a Neema 14-50R 50 amp setup for a ChargePoint Home Flex System. Keith was very professional and knows the trade. In this day and age it is unusual to have someone in the trades, especially a high demand trade like electrician, respond quickly, consistently, and competently. Keith Wise, with TEK Electrical is the exception. We wanted to install an EV charger at our home. Called multiple ""local"" electricians who either never answered/called back or who said they would give us a quote, only to never do so. Some of these companies we have used for other services over the years, yet we were completely disregarded.

We finally happened upon Kieth, by using the YELP search feature. Not only did Keith take my call, but he set up an assessment meeting for the very next day. For an EV charger. At my home. ...Something that I was told would take weeks to get installed if I was lucky enough to find someone to install it.

We highly recommend Kieth Wise. He is polite and professional, and is absolutely customer service oriented.

I'll update after we have had the chance to plug the car into the outlet.

We called TEK Electrical when we couldn't get our outdoor electrical outlets working while putting up holiday decorations. Keith came out the next y day, identified the problem, and had it fixed later that same day (including running out to get additional supplies). He was super efficient, helpful, and kind, and we will be calling him anytime we have electrical issues going forward. Highly recommend Keith and TEK Electrical!

The electrician came to the home as promised, and performed the task to the satisfaction of the renters.
I was expecting him to give a quote and get my approval before doing it. He did not.
He infact charged me more because he had to go get a ladder. The job was for chandelier repair. He lost a star for these.

This company is unknowledgeable and uncoordinated and unable to fix simple things like a switch. They do not return phone calls. They charge way too much. I am considering small claims against them because they charged me $425 and never fixed the problem after three visits. I strongly urge you to find someone else. The owner, Keith apparently, Is unreasonable, unresponsive, and ridiculous. He is now telling me that he won't deal with difficult customers, but he is the one who made this so difficult! Do not use this company!!! Thanks

A couple days ago my kitchen circuits blew a fuse and none of the electrical outlets were working. When I tried contacting an electrician I made four phone calls and each company I contacted was unavailable except for the last, T. E. K Electric C/O.

The owner, Keith Wise, was readily available. He pre-screened the task over the phone and gave me a quote. He said he will be at my house in 45 minutes.

When he got here he was on time. He immediately assessed the situation and solved my circuit breaker problem by moving one circuit breaker that was unused, into the spot that operated my kitchen. And he re-set my GFI. He was done in about 20 minutes.

Hence, the job entailed a lot less work than was originally expected, and the originally quoted cost was reasonably reduced, as well.

Not only was Keith Wise readily available and prompt, he displayed excellent communication skills in explaining the situation clearly and concisely. He further demonstrated excellent problem solving skills. He was also expedient, reasonable and very nice.

I highly recommend T. E. K. Electric C/O for your electrical needs.

I had an outlet that started making a popping noise yesterday (Sunday). I contacted Tek and Keith responded and came out Monday and checked it and made the needed repairs.
Friendly, reliable, communicated with me on arrival time. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Keith is a smart guy, knowledgeable and polite. He answered you all the questions though he looked like very quiet. He is a very busy guy, working the whole day. Your project may be delayed but he finally finished it for you on the same day.

My wife and I were doing dishes and all of a sudden the garbage disposal stopped working. We called a plumber to fix it but was told that it was an electrical problem as there was no power getting to the disposal. TEK Electrical was prompt in getting back to me and was able to schedule something right away, within an hour they were at our door and working on the problem. Extremely professional and got the job done quicker than I expected. We will definitely be using these people again for electrical repairs we need in the future.
