If I could give a lower review I could. What started as a simple belt repair and sensor change has turned into a 2 month ordeal. I was referred to this company by Porch. They sent out a technician who brought his significant other, neither of who spoke English. This made communication every challchallengiI was charged $210, which I was asked to pay via his significant others Zelle. When he left, the belt immediately broke again. The technician had to return three times for this issue due to his inability to correctly repair my dryer. Dinal it seemwd to be working but made a squeaking sound. I was just relieved to not have to Uber to the Laundromat to pay to dry my clothes. It was soon clear the dryer wasn't drying correctly and the squeaking became a constant squealing. We also noticed the basket was sitting a little off. When the technician returned, I was told it would be $70 to fix a worn out drumt wasn't covered under warranty and that my 6 year old dryer was an old model. This repair is only needed because of the technicians shotty workmanship. When I advised the customer service representative of that she apologized and reassured me that a refund would be issued for 210 by March 23th. A few days later, she asked for a copy of the invoice to which Icomplied. When I failed to receive the promised refund, I reached out to the CSR to see why and was told the owner of the company would ""reach out"". He has not. I am looking into legal options.
