Of course the beginning of a heat wave is when the fan motor on the AC condenser burns out. After sweltering thru the night I message a few companies on Yelp. It's hot and I'm not expecting a quick response. Tech electric was available before noon when most other places were telling me 2-3 days out.

Mike came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He let us know how much it would cost, and warned that it might be delayed due to a parts shortage, but that he would make some calls and give us a better estimate when he found the part. 45 minutes later Mike knocked on the door with a motor in hand. A local parts store had ONE in stock. Shortly afterwards we had cool air blowing again.

Mike was great!!! He could have easily just ordered the part online and got back to us when it came in. Instead he hunted down the part and finished the job so we wouldn't swelter all weekend. Thanks Mike.

We bought a mini splitter not too long ago and worked well for a couple of months before it gave up on us. Robert was very clear with pricing, scheduling us for service, and kept in contact with me until the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company for all your cooling/heating needs. The power went out on half my house on Saturday night. Put out a request for help on Yelp and Robert from Tech Electric reached out and said they could give me a free estimate. On a Sunday! The tech came exactly on time and immediately figured out that the fuse had blown and he had one in his truck. He was here for about 10 minutes total. Fixed it right up. Very nice, clean, and helpful. I paid him via Venmo and it went to Manuel but the owner said his name was Carlos. So, whichever one it was, he was great!
