We discovered a scorched outlet in the house while cleaning and decided to have an electrician come and fix the outlet and inspect the electrical in the house. Of the companies I contacted TE was the soonest available service. We agreed to a same day repair of two outlets and inspection of our house breakers, panel, and meter for future repair/upgrade planning. Terrance was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way we could understand and feel comfortable with. We knew when we bought the house that the electric was old and likely needs an update soon. The prices we were given were inline with current market rates based on information our inspector had given us, as well as my husbands father whose a retired electrician. The service was quick and every thing felt very smooth from booking the appointment to settling the bill. Highly satisfied with the service we received.

DO NOT use for flourescent lighting issues! Apparently, they are not ""electrical"" enough for this company. Made me go through the whole scheduling process, confirm an appointment, then text me and tell me it is ""outside their scope"" without further explanation. Be wary!

Jonas was very professional and very informative as to what work needed to be done to fix our electrical problem. Did a great job.This is the third time I've used TE and every time great job at a reasonable price.I would highly recommend them.I scheduled them to come out and service my outside generator.

I called TE Certified to come fix some outlets that were not working but due to recent storms, they had to reschedule because of emergency outages they had to fix. Since they had to reschedule, they offered a great discount without me having to ask. Prior to the technician coming out, the company sent a text with a bio of the technician. I was so tickled. It sounded like an episode of the Dating Game. ""Your technician is Zach. He enjoys ..... and his favorite part of the job is ......"". When Zach arrived, he immediately identified the problem. The GFCI outlet had tripped. That was the first thing I checked but what I failed to do was press the reset button hard enough. Lesson learned. Since that was the issue, I was not charged a fee. How great is that?! Thank you Zach and TE Certified!

I had TE Certified Plumbing repair some small leaks by Chris. He used hard sales, even after I say I'm not interested, scare tactics, and I found him to be argumentative wanting to have the last say. He actually asked me why I didn't use a plumber friend of mine to do the work, and why did I bother them. I will never ""bother"" them again.

I think it sucks that you all no longer work at Condos . I have outsourced you all for yearsssss.. have been a loyal customer at that. Even referred you all to people .. smh

We called for what seemed a simple issue with the furnace starting but the technicians found a series of problems. We were given quotes for full replacement or repair of the existing. We chose the repair. There were a few delays but, luckily, the warm weather held out and the fixes were all completed in time. I think the technicians were honest with us and did their work well.

(UPDATE from my last report on crooked TE! -
Trustworthy ""Degree of Comfort"" came to my home and fixed my furnace for under $100. There was a nick in the simple vacuum tube.
[The repair man said that the last company (TE EPH&C) deliberately unplugged my system's starter so it wouldn't work.]

I want to warn you that I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. The guys that came out were only interested in selling me a new furnace when mine it perfectly fine. I spoke with the Service Manager to complain and he basically admitted that they were no interested in fixing the furnace but was only willing to sell me a new one!!! Screw TE!

Phil Sorrell texted ahead and arrived during the service window. He was very gracious having to work with the upheaval of an estate being cleared and thoroughly examined the house from the basement through the attic. He shared his observations and listened to our concerns. Later the same day he emailed estimates for three possible levels of work for the house, taking into consideration our plans to sell it. I highly recommend Phil and will call on TE Electric for any electrical work we need done.
