We hired TE to install two sconces in our home office. Communication and scheduling was a breeze, and our technician, Chris, arrived as-scheduled. The project quote was very competitive. The job itself ended up being more complicated than we had anticipated, but Chris communicated our options clearly, and was diligent in trying to be the least disruptive to add the switch and run the wire. He ended up having to cut a fair amount of drywall, but replaced and patched it, and made our post-install repair process seamless. Even though the job took longer than planned and was more complex, we paid the original amount quoted. Overall- the team is professional, courteous, and skilled. Highly recommend and will be supporting them in the future.

The TE Certified technician, JR, called 30 before arriving ON TIME. He was extremely professional and polite. He wore covers on his shoes, had a face mask and wore gloves. He replaced our disposal in about 30 minutes and the price was SIGNIFICANTLY less than other quotes I received. I will call TE Certified for anything plumbing needs we have in the future. Great Service experience!

Called these guys in to check out an electrical outlet that wasn't working. They quickly assessed the issue replaced it. They also noticed my electrical panel didnt have a surge protector and installed one of those. I feel good about going back to them for any electrical service.

During these pandemic times I decided to catch up on some home TLC. I have been meaning to get a HVAC contract for my home system as a means of preventative maintenance. I was able to call and have someone out in a matter of days. It was a great service visit where I was treated like a valuable customer.

The visit: Preston came to my home and maintained 6ft the entire visit. He was polite and explained everything he was doing, and what he was planning to do. Upon entering my home, the tech made use of shoe booties as to not track anything from outside into my home.
Units both inside and outside were serviced. At the conclusion of Preston's visit, he even offered to sign with my permission; I gladly accepted.

I look forward to the ongoing servicings and hope that I don't need a true repair call anytime soon!

My overall experience wasn't as good as I thought it would be being that we paid a couple of thousand having electrical work done. The tech was professional however he didn't advised us on exactly where the wall sockets would be installed. Once the job was complete we noticed that the technician placed 5 wall sockets in 1 room, 4 sockets in another room and only 1 wall socket in another room. My advice is that the customer be sure to tell the technician exactly how many wall sockets you would like installed per room, otherwise he (technician) more likely will install where he wants. We were advised that it would cost us an additional $200 to install 2 more wall sockets in the room where the technician placed only 1 wall socket. I was highly disappointed in the fact that it would cost even more money & didn't move forward. I'm not sure exactly why the technician thought that we only needed 1 socket installed in such a large room!!

They respect your home and wear booties and now, face masks. I will continue to use TE for all my electrical services. I am willing to pay a little more for professional, high quality service.

We had a circuit breaker problem that resulted in two odd areas of the house losing electricity at the same time. While Miguel was here, I had him look at a couple of other items that had been annoying us. He found the problem, and gave us three reasonable estimates of how to address it. No pressure either way, but we chose to upgrade our electrical system with a new, bigger panel, and replace outlets and wall switches, as well as upgrade our smoke detectors (we had smoke detectors that we thought were wired; they weren't :-( ) Miguel and his associates worked for three solid days, always on time and kept us up to date on the progress, and showed a real pride in workmanship. I now don't have warm switchplates, 14 double-tapped breakers, non-working outlets and have the peace of mind of up-to-date WORKING smoke detectors. Could not be more pleased!
