He was professional, knowledgable, and quick. He was able to get my sunroom light and fan working in less than 1hr. Service was impeccable. I was pleasantly surprised from the start. I got a call 30 mins before Jaime arrived. He arrived a in professional and clean vehicle. He was pleasant, professional and wearing a uniform. I haven't always felt comfortable having people in my home but I instantly felt I was in good hands.

Jaime was friendly and took time to explain options to me. He gave me a quote that was actually lower than a competitor. Even better he was able to start the work immediately, completed it quickly, and the end result looked great. He could even take a credit card.

I had no idea it could be this easy to have electrical work done.

I needed some work done based on a home inspection. Scheduling the work online was simple and the electrician (Sherman) showed up on time, as scheduled. He went through the punch list and quoted a price. Once the price was agreed upon he went right to work. He even called in a co-worker to ensure the work was done the same day. Sherman kept me updated on the progress of the job and explained all the work he was doing. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This company deserves all 5 of my stars. The electrician, Johnathan, came by last month to install a chandelier in my master bathroom. He arrived early, and was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I couldn't install it above the tub like I planned (my calculations beforehand to make sure the distance from the tub would follow code just barely missed it), so we found an alternate spot on the ceiling that worked. He even replaced 2 recessed lighting fixtures that haven't been used in years. He was well prepared with what he needed in his truck (so my worries about any delays and need to reschedule were relieved).
After installation, he did an inspection of the electrical box in the garage, and did find some problems, which he thoroughly explained.
In the end, the chandelier now hangs beautifully in my bathroom, and thanks to the recessed lights, the room is lighted like never before. Everything was done in a timely manner, so that I was able to enjoy the rest of my day.

I scheduled my service just before midnight the night before, and they were able to schedule me in the very next morning, and it wasn't even an emergency. The technician was a great guy, and did not try to upsell me at all. He showed me what was wrong with my AC unit, and even showed me how to (carefully) do preventative cleaning on it to prevent further issues in the future. He also suggested that I shut off the AC unit while mowing the lawn, to prevent more debris from clogging it up.

Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Thankfully, Russ and the team took complete care of my concerns! My family and I had an electrical fire one night in our new home that could have been severe. I immediately contacted TE the next morning. Russ came over and identified the problem (and several other issues we should have been made aware of from our home inspection). We ended up purchasing a diagnostic to be sure there were no other dangers! Because of TE, my family and I are now safe!
