Tech did a great job on fixing my furnace issue.

My issue is more business practices in that they claim on their website warranty for all work but when tech came out he said he could fix what was broke or also fix that was broke and things they think might break in the future (at 4 times the cost) and only if I did the ""fix everything that might break"" do I get the warranty. Could tell the tech wasn't real happy about having to offer the second one but did since he had to.

The fact they said they would stand by their work was one reason I went with them but now they won't since I only wanted fixed what was broke. Likely won't use again.

Had pipes/valves replaced on older shower. Customer service is 100% top notch. Sales person and plumbers were knowledgeable and courteous. Quick service. Price was reasonable for total amount of work done. Highly recommend this company!

Steven Wheeler was dishonest and haughty.

He claimed we had to get some safety issues fixed before they could even begin the work in my Daughters' bathroom.

We just needed the new vanity we purchased hooked up to the plumbing.

He claimed we purchased the wrong kind of vanity, so he theorized he would have to remove a drawer and drill through the bottom to affix the pipes.

He then claimed he could not even do that without having to cut into the drywall.

Steven simply didn't seem to want to perform the work I called them out to my home for.

He ultimately claimed the total amount of work needed would cost me between $1100 - $6000.

The next day I called my neighbors and asked for a referral. We found a Handyman who did the job for $350 in a couple of hours, which included driving to Home Depot to get the faucet I needed (that Steven quoted me $400 for).

Our garbage disposal started leaking and needed replacing.
My sister-in-law a great experience and we decided to give TE a try.
We had a two man crew led by Tiny and they confirmed the water was only coming from the disposal, provided three options, recommended the middle choice as we use our disposal all the time (a small upgrade from the existing unit), and installed the new one in no time.
It's been over a month since TE installed the new disposal and we are very happy.
Checked the price of the new disposal at Home Depot and the local plumbing supply, and TE charged only 2X for the install. You don't really see that anymore, what a great value.
We recommend TE and will definitely be calling them in the future.

I needed a Ring doorbell installed along with replacing several light fixtures and switches. TE Certified responded quickly, gave me a thorough quote and was able to get started right away. Lee was informative and great to work with. My quoted price did not go up. The jobs were completed quickly and there was no mess left behind. Very pleased!

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.
