Scheduling was wonderful. Their electrician was prompt, and obviously very passionate and well-informed. He even asked to take a photo of some prior work I had had done, because he said it was perfect and he wanted to keep it for inspiration!
Their plumbing team didn't wind up doing any plumbing for me but they did do water mitigation. I had to call them back out because they left my basement smelling very moldy. They did come back out and after I objected to the surcharge, they waived it.

technician quoted me between $5-6k to install a rinnai tankless water heater in my home. he didn't seem to like that i wanted to purchase my own tank to save money. Express Plumbing just quoted me $1372 to install a customer supplied tank! their technician didn't blink when i mentioned i wanted to buy my tank online. so glad i shopped around!

I called this business after business hours on 9/22/20 because my furnace was not operating and I needed an authorized Trane service company to trouble-shoot my unit. When I called, I left a message for them to call me the next day to discuss availability, charges, etc. By the evening of the next day, I had received no call. In my opinion, any company which has so little respect or regard for a potential customer could not be trusted to perform any service in an honest and ethical manner. I would steer completely away from this business.

Wow...after so many problems and heartaches I feel that my kitchen is going to be ok. TE came out, a young professional hooked up the garbage disposal to the electrical circuit and brought us up to code. Efficient, courteous, and very respectful of our home. He wore the mask the entire time and shoe coverings. I can exhale now and I can use my garbage disposal and the dishwasher.

TE installed a gas line inside and outside, they also installed a water heater. He noticed that the water heater that we had installed by another co. 6 months ago was not only out of code but was releasing gas. He quickly repaired that and brought it to code. He cleaned up his mess, he was sufficient and knowledgeable about his work and took his training and license seriously. He represented he co. so well that I'm on here bragging about them.

Technician was very honest in what plumbing issues needed to be fixed versus could be managed on my own. Broke down all the costs for repairs thoroughly and explained all questions I had. Once he got to work fixing plumbing issues he was done very quickly and went over every repair with me and did not leave until I had inspected the work. Very satisfied with TE.

T&E replaced my air-conditioner yesterday (24 hours after my initial call). The company I had been using said it would take them a week and it would have cost about the same amount. I really liked the technicians who came to my house. They were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also get free maintenance for the next year. I could not be happier!

We just bought a house and hadn't even moved in when we needed to call for help. I attempted to have a fridge installed the other morning, but we discovered the water line was leaking into my basement and the drywall was mush. After another company bailed on me (AFTER I waited 4 hours in my empty house for them!) I called TE in a panic as it was already mid afternoon. TE was professional and quick...they had someone there within the hour! JR was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do. He tested everything thoroughly and then gave his recommendation. He got the part and fixed my water valve immediately, which let me leave the house knowing I wouldn't have a pool in my basement the next day! I would use them again in a heartbeat!!
