SCAM & RIPOFF. $1,500 quote to hang two kitchen lights. Add-on of unnecessary services to puff up the bill for what should have been a simple job. A lot of baloney about how the breaker box was out of code on a 22-year old house.

For electrical I have used these people several times, every time they have gotten a 10 out of 10, only because I can't give more. Office people are fantastic, communication is fantastic, service guys were all fantastic too. Explain the work they're going to do thoroughly, quote the price and then complete the work perfectly.
Use these guys with confidence, all will be well.

I tried the HVAC division of the company and it didn't go very well at all, never used them just met with sales person, HVAC doesn't appear to use the same business model, it was more like buying a used car, didn't get the same warm and fuzzy, your experiences may differ.

Our central AC had gone out, not knowing who to call I asked yelp and found TE.
It's hot, Georgia hot and I couldn't wait for a few days on the account of my 3 month old baby.
I called in and they got someone to come to my place the same afternoon. I was told between 11-1 PM. But since the tech was running late I got a call from
Dispatch that it was more like 2 pm, which I appreciated getting the heads up.
Joey and his assistant(Caleb I think) came over tried a bunch of things, filled up on refrigerant but was unable to find the leak without doing a nitro test which I held off on. I appreciate the advice, options, no pressure to get the job done instantly since I wanted to cool down asap. When summers over I will def be reaching out to get it checked out hopefully it's just some leaky coils and nothing serious.
In this line of business, more than best pricing and instant service is TRUST on the technicians and the company's values on its business practices.
I'd rather pay more for trust than try to get the best deal and shotty services.
O i purchased the $50 for $100 deal from yelp which covered the cost of the service call. There was a mix up in invoicing on the day off but Joey and their accounting dept was on it and got it fixed asap. It was only $50 bucks but that's a good test of the company's efficiency and its hassle free after sales services. Thank you.

These people are very nice. They do good work and they are friendly. He came out and did an estimate on the work on a Friday and scheduled the work for Monday. I got a coupon off yelp for $100 for $50. I asked him to apply it the first visit and he accidentally forgot to apply it. It was ok though because I knew that they would apply it for the work on Monday.
They were supposed to be there between 12 and 2 Monday but my technician was caught up and they had to push it back to five. They were very polite and made it up to me because the tech arrived after five. They applied my coupon and gave me a discount. I appreciated them getting the work done that Monday because it was my only day that I could do it.

I didn't know they did HVAC work. I accepted a telephone offer for a special price for a winter tune-up. Price was very good. The technician, Cesar, was professional, competent and friendly. He clearly explained all of his findings and made recommendations. I did not feel like he was pushing me to buy. I will definitely use T&E for future HVAC work. I used them for electrical services previously and had a similarly positive experience.

This company is doing business the right way...they reminded of how Amazon focuses on customer service. They came out the same day for an HVAC problem (within an hour) for a reasonable fee. Fixed the issue without extra charges or overages and were thorough in their explanation of the work completed.

About a week after they serviced the residence I received a thank you card and a small gift from them for my business. I'm a critic by nature and have to say they stood out with their professional attitude and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

TE certified electricians came out to put in 3 new outlets. I would definitely use them again! Scheduling the appt was quick and easy. Russ showed up on time. He gave me a price quote before doing the work. When he noticed we had some wiring that needed to be repaired in addition to the outlets, he provided a reasonable estimate and completed the work the same day.
