The team, Sam and Leo, worked proficiently and cleanly from start of the project until the end. Overall, it was a good experience as they maintained constant contact for arrival time; the installation went very smoothly; Sam and Leo took time to review with me what the job entailed and use and care of the new tank. I called on a Saturday morning for what I thought was one faulty breaker late the previous night. it wasn't tripped but I had no power to parts of my garage. I thought I checked everything - outlets, breaker box, the fridge, damage from the storm. When I called (I'm so sorry I forgot her name!) she reminded me to look for the GFCI in the garage. And there it was. I pushed reset and power restored. I truly appreciate her help. I was tired and stressed having not slept and she was calm and helpful and saved me money and a wasted trip for her serviceman. Will definitely recommend and call TE for any future need.

They replaced my furnace blower motor and charged me $1,575. I estimate the motor cost around $600, which means the labor charge was about $1,000 for three hours of work.

Additionally, I've heard a second-hand report that they recommended replacing the entire system when the actual issue was just a $17 capacitor.
