An amazing company that is responsive and does a wonderful job. Tom was willing to work with me. His technician that came out did a 10/10 with installation of my 240V outlet for my Tesla Model Y charging hook up. I would definitely call them back with my next home setup.

Tom was great and responsive. It turnout that I just had a blown fuse, but he was the one that called/text me and help figure out/diagnose the issue, without having to be on site. No cost and great help! Once I have bigger electrical issue Tom will be the first one I will contact!

Called TD West again for breaker tripping and Salvador troubleshooted it down a receptable box hitting ground. Once he fixed it, the breaker stopped tripping and reset held steady. Wife is happy now that she can teach piano with lights in the room. Thanks for coming out on short notice.

I called TD West because electricity went out in our living room outlets. We checked our electric panel in our garage. The breaks are all fine. Tom took the call, and actually troubleshot the problem with me over the phone. It turns out we have two electric panel. And we only looked the one inside, not the one outside. And the circuit break controls the living rooms are outside. After flip it, everything back to normal.

I really appreciate Tom go beyond his duty and doing this over the phone without any charge. They are really exemplary of good service!

Recently had some electrical problems. I called a few places, had a couple of folks out and ultimately went with TD West. Dinh and Tom helped me tremendously and did it in a safe, courteous and pleasant way. Having issues during a pandemic isn't what anyone wants, but these guys did a good job of managing it and making sure everything was fixed, even when we found a few things that we didn't expect. We recently used TD West to rewrite our newly purchased home and upgrade our panel before move in. Dinh and his team were extremely friendly and helpful. Dinh offered several great suggestions which we really appreciated (like an outdoor outlet under our eave that has a switch inside for Christmas lights). They also did a PERFECT job on aligning the recessed lighting. Covid slowed some of the inspections down, but Dinh kept us in the loop on all updates. His team always showed up wearing masks which we also appreciated. Overall 10/10 would recommend TD West to anyone in need of an electrician.
