Forgot to update. Steve showed up and made a very detailed estimate. My experience is that contractors that are meticulous about their bids are meticulous about their work. Although I decided against the rewire, very expensive, Steve gave me advice on other easier options.

Steve is a great guy ..I called regarding 5 electrical outlets not working and & installation of one additional outlet . Unfortunately he is not available as he is on holiday break but he is kind enough to spend time with me over the phone for about 15-20 minutes. He taught me what to do with 5 outlets not working like checking receptacle & try to reset switch behind the outlets. We had also discussions on how to install additional outlet ....I might or might not do it but really appreciate Steve for taking time to listen to my concerns & give advise ..Great guy ..will call him next year if I was not able to fix the problem.

Worth every penny excellent job and service. Very happy with my recessed lights they are perfect. Do not try to cut corners it is not worth the headache. He did a few extras too reasonable and fair.
