Avi is the greatest. We've used several electricians throughout the years, but we have a relationship with Avi. He's done 3 very different things for us over the last year, and cannot praise him enough. Hire him once, you'll never hire anyone else.

I had contacted a few electricians in the Atlanta area to investigate the electrical issues at our office off Edgewood Ave. One company came out to assess the work without using tools (or their brain) and came back with an outrageously expensive quote. I found Tate Electric on the Better Business Bureau site and am so glad we went with them. With Tate Electric, owner Avi Tate listens to his customers; troubleshoots with his tools AND his brain; and will get right to work to resolve your electrical issues at a very reasonable price! If I went with another electrician, I could have had ballasts replaced when they didn't need to be! Honestly, Avi is worth more than he charges. He is highly recommended and highly preferred. My office will be using Tate Electric for all our electrical issues moving forward.

Mr. Tate was highly recommended to us by many people in our neighborhood.. He and his terrific assistant, Mike, installed hardwired smoke detectors throughout our home and addressed numerous lighting problems. Mr. Tate is extremely professional, his prices are very reasonable, and his work is top notch!

We hired Avi to repair an outlet and can light. He did a very good job but didn't tell us until after performing the job that his crew does NOT repair the surrounding drywall. Therefore, our shower is now unusable.

We live on a street that gets pretty dark at night and I wanted make sure my house was adequately lit to deter any unwanted interest. I called Avi based on a recommendation by a neighbor and I'm glad I did. Avi and his team got some existing lights working again and added a few motion sensor lights along the house. The best part is that they figured out a way to use existing outdoor electric to run the new lights and avoided any drilling through walls and a lot of new hard wiring. Avi himself is responsive, communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
