We requested that Target install a ceiling fan, porch light and motion activated security light at our home in OB. Steve arrived on time and ready to work. He was professional and offered a number of great suggestions. He worked efficiently and explained everything he did and why. We are delighted with the final outcome and would recommend Target very highly to anyone. Sean and Steve did a fantastic job and are easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Incredible customer service! I phoned needing ASAP electrical assistance and Sean was able to be at my house within an hour. As he arrived, the issue was resolved but he was so kind and understanding throughout the process. Will definitely use again for any/all of our electrical needs!

We had some outside outlet issues this weekend, I called this morning to get someone out here. Shane listened to my problem, but instead of booking me right away, he suggested I try a couple things to save me some money, and if it didn't work he'd be happy to send someone out. Lo and behold, one of his suggestions fixed the problem! I highly recommend this place if anyone needs some electrical work.

Generally, I don't look forward to hiring help around the house. Service help shows up late, is unprofessional, or tries to extensively upsell regularly. I was pleased to not have any of these experiences with Target Electric. Sean the owner, and Steve the field supervisor were like a knowledgeable family friend helping with a problem. Steve Tuso from Target Electric recently installed two ceiling fans. I have nothing but the highest praise for Steve and the company in general. When I discovered that the fans I had ordered online from Lowe's were back ordered to October even though the tracking system said they had been delivered, Steve guided me in selecting and securing fans locally. His extensive knowledge of the product ensured that I was able to find exactly what I wanted. He also helped with aesthetics of placement. Despite all the kerfuffle about getting fans at the last minute, he was able to get them installed in good order. In addition, the company connected me to a person who does drywall repair, a service that other electricians I had consulted could not do.

I can't believe how helpful Sean was! I called with an issue I was having with a gfci outlet. I tried some basic steps and replaced the outlet, but I reached the limits of my knowledge...so I called to schedule an appointment that would no doubt cost a bit to even get a person to come to my house.

Sean listened to my issue and what I did so far. He then suggested I go to a gfci outlet in the adjacent room and try resetting those.. Boom that fixed it!

He could have remained silent and charged me a few hundred to come and press a button, but he didn't. Seriously, this is now my go to for all future electrical issues!

Update 10-22-18: I called Sean to come look at some things because my circuits kept tripping and I noticed some sparks when turning on certain switches. Anyways, I was very happy with his service! He got everything fixed and discovered a huge hazard in my attic...

Apparently there was a loose hot wire that was just lying on the insulation. I saw it and no joke, just exposed wiring with electricity running through it lying there!! Not only did he fix my initial problem but he found a huge hazard that could have led to something very very very bad, like a burned down house.

I cannot say enough good things about Sean! I have struggled to even get an electrician in San Diego to return my calls, let alone show up for a free estimate, all the while communicating with me regarding a later than expected arrival time??!! Sean was able to solve an outlet issue that another 'shady' electrician quoted 300-500 to fix as there was no live wires to the outlet, but Sean had the light going in under 5 minutes! He is flexible with regards to planning out phases of the electrical projects I need done in my older house that is new to me. On time, communicates effectively, works to his quote, and doesn't talk to me like a dumb woman that can't understand technical information... my electrician for life!

Don't mess around when it comes to residential electrical. After I tried unsuccessfully troubleshooting a faulty GFCI connection, I decided it was time to seek a higher power.
