Jorge and his son came out to install a ring doorbell video camera. They had to run power to it since my home doesn't have a doorbell to start. They were very personable and communicative. I had issues with my ring set up, so they stayed to see it through and make sure it completely worked before leaving. I really appreciated this and that the customer experience is important to them. I had Jorge upgrade my electrical panel and add a port so that I could charge my Tesla electric car in the garage.

Overall, Jorge did a superb job, was very friendly and made me feel like a friend and family. Plus, he didn't make me feel stupid even though my questions were dumb at times. While he was at my home, he even checked out one of my outlets in a room for no additional charge. Nowadays a lot companies nickel and dime you so I really appreciated it.

If you need any residential electrical work, Tapia electric is the company to hire and where I will go to get all my electrical work in the future.

We set up tapia electric through Yelp. They were referred by a friend to install our Tesla charging plug. All was set for them to arrive. They were given our address and phone number. 8am came around and no one showed or called. My husband went into Yelp to grab their phone number to call them and there was a message asking for our address again. And because we didn't respond to them right away the electrician said he was moving on to his next appointment!
We contacted them to let them know that they had the address. Also my husband confirmed the night before about the time and the response from Maribel was ""see you at 8"" no one asking for our address. My husband took the day off from work to be here for these people and they lack any courtesy or customer service.
Just an update - owner sent me a private message name calling and saying no address was ever given. Slightly threatening also. I requested from Maribel not to contact me again. Very professional....

Very fast response and timely completion with installing 220 for the electric range! They needed to think outside of the box to extend the power through the walls so that it's hidden. They patched and cleaned after the work.

What an incredible service from Tapia Electric. We couldn't be happier with their work. They are super friendly and personable. We had a couple of items for them to install including our 3 kitchen pendant lights and a few other light fixtures. They are very detail oriented and get the job done fast! I am super thankful we found them and we will be getting other future projects done by them. Very reasonably priced too! Amazing quality. A++++ HIGHLY recommend!!

We needed a Sense energy monitor connected to our breaker box and solar system. Tapia electric did an excellent job. Our electricity was off in the living room for a month and these guys came and saved us in a flash. I would definitely recommend them and call them again,they arrive early, work fast and are reasonable price. He explained everything they are doing, the most friendly people. I would definitely use them again. I would give them a 10 star if they had one.
