The Electrician done a good job replacing a outlet box for my dryer, and my boat lift. Went to plug in my dryer the next day it did not work. So I called the company and ask questions. If the boat lift worked , then the dryer should right.
Well they could not answer me. Sent the worker back out to check on it. It was my dryer. Ok, no problem. He did nothing to the dryer. But i got charged another 125.00 service charge just to say the outlet worked.
My main problem is I was not told I would be charged another fee. Are I would not have them come out.
I called the office about it. The owner said we do not refund anything. He came out, for five minutes of nothing. Will never use or recommend them.
