Ronald Baker brings over 40 years of expertise in the electrical and general contracting fields. He co-founded Tandem in 1983 alongside his partner Rich Shibata. He further expanded his ventures by co-founding Zone 4 Power, Inc. in 2001. Ron has a rich background in electrical work, including facility improvements, AC and DC data centers, co-generation plants, and corporate office constructions.

Dustin Baker has over 15 years of expertise in the fields of electrical and commercial construction. Dustin is dedicated to the successful completion of each project. His vast electrical knowledge is a tremendous asset to the executive team at Tandem Electric, Inc.
