Tam's did our electrical updates when we first bought our home. One of our main circuit breakers frizzled out during the December storm and we were experiencing blinking lights. We called PG&E who updated all the equipment outside but still the same problem.

We finally had to hire and electrician because now we were losing electricity intermittently. The new electrician came and diagnosed the problem as a burnt circuit breaker. When he pried it out, he asked DH why this breaker was USED? Not only used but broken. The plastic encasement was chipped off. Seriously this was done a little over a decade and we needed to replace it.

On a Friday night my tenant called and said that he tried to reset the breaker in the my 15amp box and sparks came out. I called Tam at 9am on a Saturday and he was on his way from South San Francisco to my rental unit in North Beach to fix a short circuit in an hour. Tam was easy to reach/coordinate with, reasonable and replaced a bad wire in less than an hour for $90. I would use him again and highly recommend him!
